Warranty Terms & Conditions
ZunVolt offers a 24 months warranty on part replacement (on stator and motor) for the original purchaser/owner of the product.
The warranty is subject to certain terms and conditions:
- The warranty is invalid if the sticker, model no., and/or the date of purchase of the product is found altered or defaced.
- Parts/components that are excluded from the warranty: metal/plastic canopy, wires, power cords, connector/socket, carton box, and packaging items.
- The warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.
- The warranty is not applicable if the product is found overloaded, with loose connections, improperly installed, ortampered with in any way.
- The warranty is not applicable if any damage is caused due to natural calamity that includes flood, earthquake, or any act of God.
- The company would endeavour to carry out repairs/replacement at the earliest but is not bound to do so within any specified time.
- The customer will have no claim against the company, its dealer, or employees pursuant to this warranty in respect of death, injury, loss, or damage caused due to high voltage input, improper operation or utilisation other than that stated in the instruction manual or due to any other cause or circumstance beyond the control of the company.
- Only the courts in Gurugram shall have the jurisdiction for settling the claims and/or disputes arising under the warranty.
Product Usage Instructions
Follow these instructions to ensure safe and efficient usage of your ZunVolt Ceiling Fan:
- Make sure that the voltage mentioned on the rating label of the product corresponds to your house’s supply voltage.
- Once the ceiling fan is unpacked, ensure all the components of the fan are safe and undamaged.
- Get the ZunVolt Ceiling Fan installed by a qualified technician to avoid faulty connections.
- Never disturb the flow of the blades by inserting anything in between the running fan.
- Before cleaning or servicing the fan make sure that it is switched off.
- Keep the fan away from excess vapour and water splash.
- To clean the exterior of the ZunVolt Ceiling Fan use a damp cloth. Do not use chemical substances such as petrol, benzene, etc. for cleaning the fan.
- Handle the blades with care and do not immerse the blades or other plastic parts in extremely hot water.
- Always switch off the power supply of the fan before cleaning or servicing the ceiling fan.
- Protect electrical parts such as motors and switches from getting in contact with water.
