Foldable Baby Playpen
The Foldable Baby Playpen is designed to provide a safe and secure play space for infants and young children. It is important to read the instructions carefully before assembly and use of the product. Keep the instructions for future use. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

Product Information

• The playpen must be fully erected prior to use, and latches must be secure.
• The product including side rails is designed exclusively for play and not for sleep.
• Infants can suffocate in gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and product sides, or on soft bedding.
• The playpen is suitable for weights from newborn to 13KGS.
• The product is not intended for commercial use.
• Strings can cause strangulation. Never place items with a string around a child’s neck such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Never suspend strings over the product or attach strings to toys.
• Discontinue use of the product when a child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35 in. (890 mm).
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before use, ensure that the playpen is fully erected and latches are secure.
2. Never place the product near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a child.
3. Never add items to confine a child in the product. The child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are placed on top of the product.
4. Never leave a child in the product with sides lowered. Be sure the side is in the raised and locked position whenever a child is in the product.
5. Never leave the changing table in place when a child is in the playpen.
6. Check joints, broken parts, or torn mesh/fabric before assembly and periodically during use.
7. When used for playing, always ensure that the playpen is safe by checking regularly. Before placing the child, check that every part is correctly secured in place.
8. When a child is able to pull to a standing position, remove bumper pads, large toys, and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
9. When folding the playpen, follow these steps:
10. Take off G1-G4 fabric cover pieces.
11. Like the direction of narrow, release F1-F8 separately and pull up plastic and tubes.
12. Like the direction of narrow, release lock system R1-R4 here.
13. Pull up tubes and pull up zippers L1-L4 at the bottom corners.
14. Pull up belt at the middle of the playpen and fold the whole playpen.
15. Never leave a child unattended. A child in the playpen must be under supervision at all times.
16. Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child.
17. Keep away from fire.
18. Never add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding. Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers not sold and are intended for that purpose. They can cause suffocation. Use only the mattress provided by the manufacturer.
19. Contact (XIAMEN HONOR INDUSTRY AND TRADING CO., LTD) for replacement parts. Never substitute parts.
