Please read below content carefully before using

Thanks for purchasing AH300 remote controller, may you will enjoy it. Please read the “Safety Instructions” before using the product for your safety and correct use.
Caution

Do not immerse in water to avoid damaging the product as well as shortening its lifetime.

DO NOT drop or apply shock to the product. Such action may cause irreparable damage to the product.
DO NOT expose the product to open flame or under direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time. Such an environment may cause malfunction or fire.
Please do not change the setting or talk on the cell phone while driving. It may cause an accident. Please note: in no event our product shall be liable for any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from the usage of this product.

Conversation on the cell phone when driving is extremely dangerous. Please go out of the road for doing the telephone call.
If anything unusual such as smoke, heat, or bad smell is detected, please disconnect immediately the power and stop the usage. Continuing the use may cause electric shock or fire.
DO NOT lick, bite or put the product into the mouth. Such action may result in serious injuries/accidents. Take utmost caution around children.

DO NOT change the mic when it gets wet. Water exposure may cause fire, electrification, or failure.
Temperature range of use: -15℃-50℃
Please use only qualified accessories which have been authenticated by us, in order to guarantee the product correct functioning.

Note on battery charge

For battery charge, use a USB terminal or USB adapter at normal temperature.

Use a regulation USB terminal only. Otherwise, it may cause smoke generation or fire.
When charging the battery, if any strange odor or high heat should break out, please immediately pull the plug from the body. It may cause smoke generation or fire.
Do not leave the product in a state of charge long after the charging is completed. Such conditions may cause smoking/ignition.
Charge battery at least once every six months even if the product is not used for an extended period of time. Over discharge may require battery replacement.

Operation

Power on
In the power-off state, press the PTT button and hold it for about3 seconds, release the button, the blue indicator will flash slowly to indicate power on successfully.

Power on

There are two methods for power-off operation.

  1. The remote controller will automatically power off after the Bluetooth adapter is switched off 5mins later.
  2. Use the USB charging cable connect with power, charging the remote controller, the remote controller will reset and power off.

Remote control matching

Pairing with a Bluetooth adapter

  1. Place the AH300 remote controller and the Bluetooth adapter in a visible area within a 1-meter range.

  2. Make sure the Bluetooth remote controller is in a power-off state.

  3. In USB charging power off state press and hold PTT Button for about 8 seconds or in power on idle state press and hold PTT Button for 16 seconds, when the Blue LED and the Red LED flashing alternately, release the button then the AH300 remote controller is in pairing state.

  4. On the power off state of the radio, press the Bluetooth adapter “on/off” button until the LED light flashes red and blue alternately quickly, then short press the “power on/off” button once, after doing that, the LED light of Bluetooth adapter will flash red and blue alternately slowly, indicating the Bluetooth adapter and Bluetooth remote controller are pairing with each other.

  5. When the light of both the Bluetooth remote controller and Bluetooth adapter flash blue slowly, pairing is finished.
    Note: The pairing will be remembered after the first pair, so when you second or next time use the device, Just power on and press the PTT button to reconnect the Adapter /dongle.

Pairing with Bluetooth headset or speaker mic

  1. Place the AH300 remote controller and the Bluetooth headset or mic in a visible area within a 1-meter range.

  2. Make sure the Bluetooth remote controller is in a power-off state.

  3. In USB charging power off state press and hold PTT Button for about 8 seconds or in power on idle state press and hold PTT Button for 16 seconds, when the Blue LED and the Red LED flashing alternately, release the button then the AH300 remote controller is in pairing state.

  4. Long press the Power on/off Button of the Bluetooth helmet headset or speaker mic for about 8s, and release the button when the LED indicator becomes flash red and blue alternately, at this moment, the Bluetooth headset or mic is in a pairing state; When both indicators of the headset or mic and remote control shift to flash blue slowly, indicating pairing successfully.

  5. Adapter paired successfully, the Power on/off button of the remote control act as a multi-functional button, now you can control calls and music by remote control.
    Note: The pairing will be remembered after the first pair, so when you second or next time uses the device, do not need to pair again. Just power on and press the PTT button to re-establish the link.

Pairing with mobile phone

  1. Place the AH300 remote controller and the mobile phone in a visible area within a 1-meter range.

  2. Make sure the Bluetooth remote controller is in a power-off state.

  3. In USB charging power off state press and hold PTT Button for about 8 seconds or in power on idle state press and hold PTT Button for 16 seconds, when the Blue LED and the Red LED flashing alternately, release the button then the AH300 remote controller is in pairing state.

  4. Follow the user manual of your mobile phone, turn on the Bluetooth function, and search the PTT remote controller devices

  5. From the found devices in your mobile phone, select the device with “AH300” related name and then try to pair with it, when it prompts you to enter a password, enter pin code <0000>. Once paired successfully, the LED Indicator will exit the Blue/Red alternately state to indicate the Bluetooth remote controller has connected with your mobile phone. Now you can use the remote controller to push to talk.

Note:

  1. Password code may be not necessary for some mobile phones.
  2. The pairing will be remembered after the first pair, so when you second or next time
    uses the device, do not need to pair again. You need to lightly click the PTT Button once if the device hasn’t connected immediately.

Push To Talk Function
After being connected to your Bluetooth adapter, just push the PTT button to remote control the PTT function.

  1. After connecting to your cell phone Poc(Ptt Over Cellphone) app, just push the PTT button to remote control the PTT function. Some Poc apps may need some setting changes to Bluetooth before use. Details please refer to the user guide of Poc App.
    Note: Poc means PTT Over Cell Phone.

FAQ:

  1. Can not power on
    It might low battery, please try again after charging for 3 hours, then power on again.

  2. Disconnect with Bluetooth Adapter/dongle.
    Make sure if it is low battery, if not, the distance between the Bluetooth Adapter and remote
    controller is within 5m? Or between them exist obstacles that absorb frequency signals like metals
    or water?

  3. Fail to re-connect or automatically re-connect with Bluetooth Adapter/dongle.
    First make sure your Bluetooth adapter has been turned on, then remove all the paired Bluetooth devices in your Bluetooth Adapter. Turn off the Bluetooth adapter, restart the remote controller, turn on Bluetooth adapter again, and pair it with Bluetooth remote controller again.

  4. System halted
    Use USB cable to charge the remote controller once then the remote controller will reset itself..

  5. Abnormal instruction of Charging indicator
    1)When the remote controller hasn’t been used for a long time or is overused, it needs to be pre-charged for an hour, then pull out and in the charger, it will indicate normal charging. Please don’t count the pre-charging time into normal charging time.
    2)Try another charging cable or charger.

  6. Please send back your Bluetooth remote controller to our after-sales service department for help if the above 1 to 5 suggestions fail to solve your problem.
