Product Information
The Warmpool has been renamed as CUBE 2.5 / CUBE 3.5. It is a heat pump that needs to be placed outside with minimum distances of 50cm without obstacles on the sides, 50cm from the wall for the rear, and 15cm above the ground. The installation and electrical/hydraulical connections should be carried out by skilled and qualified personnel in compliance with local safety regulations. The manufacturer’s warranty is three years.
Product Usage Instructions

Before installation, check the condition of your heat pump upon receipt and contact the carrier if necessary. If you have any doubts, please contact the manufacturer within the first 48 hours.
After this deadline, no complaints can be accepted. -
Place the heat pump outside in a location that meets the minimum distance requirements.

Use supports to drain your condensate.

If any of the recommendations are not applied or not applicable, contact the manufacturer to ensure that the installation carried out or desired will not affect the proper functioning of your heat pump.

To adjust valves, open the By Pass at 100% and keep the inlet and outlet valves closed.

To set the desired set point, press the button up or down after viewing it once. The settings are automatically saved after 5 seconds if no button is pressed.

Installation and connections
When using for the first time, make sure the pool is filled with water
Your heat pump must be placed outside and must respect the minimum distances of 50cm without obstacles on the sides – 50cm from the wall for the rear and 15cm above the ground.
We strongly recommend that you use supports in order to drain your condensate.
If one of these recommendations is not applied or not applicable, we ask you to contact the manufacturer to check whether the installation carried out or desired will not affect the proper functioning of your heat pump.
Starter
- Checking the valves
- Open the By Pass at 100%
- Inlet and outlet valve closed
- Clean the filter. Clean your filter once a week to ensure its proper functioning as well as that of your heat pump.
- Adjusting the valves
- By Pass valve 50%
- 70% open water inlet valve
- Outlet valve 70%
- Check the pressure gauge of the sand filter, the pressure must not increase by more than 0.2 bar (it must remain in the green zone)
- Press ON / OFF: your heat pump starts up. IMPORTANT let it run for at least 10 min in order to obtain a temperature difference between the water inlet and outlet of between 1 ° C and 3 ° C.

Settings are made to an accuracy of 0.5 .

Use of the Bluetooth application

To register a user account click on ① to enter the account creation interface,
fill in the required fields and then click on ② to receive a verification code
(WARNING: the generated verification code is valid for 15 minutes only; after
this time you will have to generate a new one).
Once the code has been entered into the application, click on ③ to read the
details of the privacy policy, then click on ④ to accept the conditions and
click on ⑤ to finalize your registration.

Manufacturer’s warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty is 3 years. In addition to this parts guarantee, we also cover labour costs, which are only included in the case of returns to our workshops. If a return of the heat pump is requested by the manufacturer, the transport costs for the return to the workshop are at the customer’s expense and the return to the customer is at the manufacturer’s expense.
Limitation
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, express or implied. The remedies provided in this warranty are exclusive and are the sole obligation of Warmpac and any other representation made by any person shall be of no consequence.
Safety tips
- Do not touch the fan when it is in operation, as this could cause injury. The appliance must be kept away from children,
- Regularly check the power supply and connecting cables of your heat pump. If you have the slightest doubt, contact your installer,
- In the event of after-sales service, you must use the manufacturer’s original parts.
