Product Information

The ASP-12V Car Vac is a portable vacuum cleaner designed for use in cars. It has a 12V power supply and a power output of 120W. The vacuum cleaner has a tank capacity of 575ml and a cable length of 4.3m. The device comes with washable and reusable filters and an adapter for the car’s 12V outlet. It has a locking button, ergonomic handle, and filter bracket. The vacuum cleaner uses a fuse of 8A/250V.

Usage Instructions

1. Insert the instructive inside the box.
2. Plug the vacuum cleaner into the car’s 12V outlet.
3. Choose the attachment you want to use with your vacuum cleaner and place it on the device.
4. To remove and clean the filters, hold the vacuum cleaner by the handle, press the unlock button to release the dust compartment. Pull the compartment to uncouple it.
5. Remove the filter and discard all debris. Wash the filter with a small amount of mild detergent or soap.
6. Set back the clean filter and the vacuum cleaner nose into the body unit. Snap in the upper part first to prevent damaging the plastic.
7. If the power cord is damaged, replace it with a new one.
8. In case of fuse damage, turn the contact tip to access the fuse housing. Replace the damaged fuse with one of the same features. Using a fuse with a smaller or larger capacity can compromise normal operation of the equipment.
9. Keep out of reach of children.

The build quality of the electric insulation is altered if spills or liquid gets into the tool while in use. Do not expose to rain, liquids and/or dampness. Before gaining access to the terminals all power sources should be disconnected. This appliance is for car use only. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• The appliance is suitable to the cars with 12 V— cigarette lighter.
• Please make sure that you have put dust compartment filter back before using.
• Please keep the appliance from sunligth, high temperature or high pressure.
• Don’t operate the equipment without filters for any reason, it can cause severe damage to the engine.
• Always disconnect the cleaner from the electric supply when emptying the dust removing the filter.
•  Keep the cleaner away from heat sources, as heat may cause deformation.
• Do not operate if the cord is damaged or worn, or the cleaner has been dropped or damaged.
• All the repairs should be carried out by a qualified personnel or the unit returned to the retailer.
• To be used only in continuos current 12 V circuits.
• Don’t suck glowing ash, cigarettes, matches; large fragment, sharp objects, flammable products, etc.
• Do not use this unit for more than 30 minutes each time of use.
• Children or people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities shall not operate the tool, neither inexperienced people or without knowledge in the use of the tool, unless supervised by a person responsible of their safety or if receiving previous instructions about the tool operation.
• Children shall be kept under supervision to double-check they will not play with the tool. Tight supervision shall be used with children or disabled persons to prevent from using or being close to any household tool.

OPERATION

• Plug into your car 12 V outlet.
• Place the attachment you want to use with your vac.

MAINTENANCE

1. To remove and clean the filters, hold the vacuum cleaner by the handle, press the unlock button to release the dust compartment. Pull the compartment to uncouple it.
2. Remove the filter and discard all the debris. In case the power cord in this product is damaged it shall be replaced with a specific cable or assembly available in the Truper® Branches.
3. To clean the filter. Using a soft brush carefully remove the small debris residues. You can also use a small amount of mild detergent or soap.
4. Set back the clean filter and the vacuum cleaner nose into the body unit. Snap in the upper part first to
   prevent damaging the plastic.

NOTE : The equipment uses a fuse 8 A / 250 V

Fuse change instructions: In case of fuse damage, turn the contact tip to access the fuse housing. Replace the damaged fuse with one of the same features. Using a fuse with a smaller or larger capacity can compromise normal operation of the equipment
