If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or Authorized Service Center in order to avoid any risk of shock or major accident. Do not expose to rain.
Before gaining access to the terminals, all power circuits must be disconnected.
Power Requirements
Preferably avoid the use of extension cables. In case their use is absolutely necessary, make sure they meet the following requirements:
When using an extension cord, be sure to use sufficient gauge to carry the
current your tool will draw. An undersized cord will cause voltage drops in
the line, resulting in loss of power and motor overheating.
The following table shows the correct size to use depending on the length of
the wire and the ampere rating indicated on the tool nameplate. If in doubt
use the next higher gauge.

When operating power tools outdoors, use a grounded extension cable labeled “For Outdoors Use”. These extensions are especially designed for operating outdoors and reduce the risk of electric shock .
General power tool safety warnings
WARNING! Read carefully all safety warnings and instruction listed below. Failure to comply with any of these warnings may result in electric shock, fire and / or severe damage . Save all warnings and instructions for future references.
Work area
Keep your work area clean, and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas may
cause accidents.
Never use the tool in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust.
Sparks generated by power tools may ignite the flammable material.
Keep children and bystanders at a safe distance while operating the tool.
Distractions may cause loosing control.
Electrical Safety
The tool plug must match the power outlet. Never modify the plug in any
way. Do not use any adapter plugs with grounded power tools.
Modified plugs and different power outlets increase the risk of electric
shock.
Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators,
electric ranges and refrigerators.
The risk of electric shock increases if your body is grounded.
Do not expose the tool to rain or wet conditions.
Water entering into the tool increases the risk of electric shock.
Do not force the cord. Never use the cord to carry, lift or unplug the
tool. Keep the cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
When operating a tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor
use.
Using an adequate outdoor extension cord reduces the risk of electric shock.
If operating the tool in a damp location cannot be avoided, use a ground
fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protected supply.
Using a GFCI reduces the risk of electric shock.
Personal safety
Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a
tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication.
A moment of distraction while operating the tool may result in personal
injury.
Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection.
Protective equipment such as safety glasses, anti-dust mask, non-skid shoes,
hard hats and hearing protection used in the right conditions significantly
reduce personal injury.
Prevent unintentional starting up. Ensure the switch is in the “OFF”
position before connecting into the power source and / or battery as well as
when carrying the tool.
Transporting power tools with the finger on the switch or connecting power
tools with the switch in the “ON” position may cause accidents.
Remove any wrench or vice before turning the power tool on.
Wrenches or vices left attached to rotating parts of the tool may result in
personal injury.
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
This enables a better control on the tool during unexpected situations.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep hair, clothes
and gloves away from the moving parts .
Loose clothes or long hair may get caught in moving parts.
If you have dust extraction and recollection devices connected onto the
tool, inspect their connections and use them correctly.
Using these devices reduce dust-related risks.
Power Tools Use and Care
Do not force the tool. Use the adequate tool for your application.
The correct tool delivers a better and safer job at the rate for which it was
designed.
Do not use the tool if the switch is not working properly.
Any power tool that cannot be turned ON or OFF is dangerous and should be
repaired before operating.
Disconnect the tool from the power source and / or battery before making
any adjustments, changing accessories or storing.
These measures reduce the risk of accidentally starting the tool.
Store tools out of the reach of children. Do not allow persons that are not
familiar with the tool or its instructions to operate the tool.
Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
Service the tool. Check the mobile parts are not misaligned or stuck. There
should not be broken parts or other conditions that may affect its operation.
Repair any damage before using the tool.
Most accidents are caused due to poor maintenance to the tools.
Keep the cutting accessories sharp and clean.
Cutting accessories in good working conditions are less likely to bind and are
easier to control.
Use the tool, components and accessories in accordance with these
instructions and the projected way to use it for the type of tool when in
adequate working conditions.
Using the tool for applications different from those it was designed for,
could result in a hazardous situation
Battery tool Use and Care
Recharge only with the charger specified by .
A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of
fire when used with another battery pack.
Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs.
Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects,
like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects,
that can make a connection from one terminal to another.
Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid
contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts
eyes, additionally seek medical help.
Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
Service
Repair the tool in a Authorized Service Center using only identical spare
parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
Safety Warnings for Using Sprayers
- The sprayer is designed for agricultural use.
- Do not attempt to spray hot solutions or solutions that can become hot with the sprayer.
- Do not attempt to spray gasoline, flammable liquids, caustic alkalis or corrosive acids with the sprayer.
Before operating the sprayer

For operator safety, spraying must be carried out strictly in accordance with the chemical instructions. Spraying extremely poisonous chemicals is strictly prohibited.
During the use of the sprayer
- Never leave the sprayer unattended.
- Take care of the sprayer from knocks and falls, especially when it is pressurized.
- Do not exceed the level indicated on the tank when filling the sprayer.
- Do not spray while the wind is blowing or in any other condition that may expose you or others to the sprayed chemical.
- Do not remove any parts or attempt to make repairs while the sprayer is pressurized.
- Never carry the sprayer by the hose.
- Do not eat, drink, or smoke while using the sprayer.
After using the sprayer
- Always empty and clean the sprayer after each use.
- Clothes used during application should be washed daily, separately from everyday clothes.
Chemicals
- Keep the sprayer and chemicals out of the reach of children. Store in a safe place.
- Do not store chemicals in the sprayer tank.
- After preparing the compound it should be applied immediately.
- Be sure to read and understand the instructions and precautions for the chemicals to be used with the equipment before use.
- Be sure to use the specific chemical in amounts appropriate for the job to be done. Wrong chemicals and quantities can damage the sprayer, spoil the sprayed product, cause hazardous situations and serious ecological damage.
- Even if the chemical is stored in a plastic container, it may damage some of the equipment parts. Make sure that the chemical is compatible with high density polypropylene sprayers.
- Many of the chemicals commonly used with the sprayer are hazardous if handled or used incorrectly.
- In case of poisoning, seek medical advice immediately and show the doctor the label of the chemical used.
- If the chemical splashes in the mouth or eyes, wash them out with clean water and then see a doctor.
- If the operator has a headache or dizziness, stop work immediately and see a doctor immediately.
Parts
Assembly
- Before starting to operate the equipment, its parts and accessories must be properly assembled and in the correct position.
- Connect the end of the hose (A) to the handle with valve (B).
- Connect the spear (C) to the handle with valve.
- Connect the included nozzle (D) to the other end of the lance (C).
- Check all connections for tightness and gaskets.
Star up
- By using a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery, the battery can be charged at any time regardless of its charge level and without loss of capacitance.
- The sprayer is low on battery power at the time of purchase.
It must be recharged before first use:
1. Insert the charger cable contact (B) into the battery charging connection (C) of the sprayer.
2. Insert the charger plug into a properly installed outlet. The LED will show a red light. When the battery is fully charged, the LED will show green. During the charging process the power supply contact, the charger and the rechargeable battery become hot, which is normal and does not indicate any malfunction.
3. Disconnect the charger from the power supply after 10 hours.
4. Remove the contact of the charger cable from the battery charging connection of the unit.
5. Allow the equipment to cool down to room temperature in case it gets warm during the charging process. Once it is at room temperature, you can operate the device.
Filling the tank
- Install the equipment on a flat, firm and level surface before filling the tank.
- The battery heats up during the operation of the equipment, so it is inadvisable to use liquids that may curdle in the heat.
Start-up and operation control
- Before turning on the equipment, make sure that the tank is not empty, otherwise the pump will be damaged.
- To turn on the equipment install the switch (B) in the on position “ — ”.
- Hold the handle, open the valve (C) and start spraying.
- To adjust the pressure, turn the pressure regulator (D).
- To stop the equipment, install the switch in the off position “ O ”. Finally close the valve.
When the power load is low, the spray flow will gradually decrease and the battery will need to be recharged. The battery can be recharged at any time, it is not necessary to fully consume its charge to recharge again, this does not affect its lifetime.
After spraying

After finishing the job, discharge the remaining liquid, wash the inside wall of the chemical container with clean water.

Add water into the tank, turn on the equipment, point the nozzle at a chemical container and spray for 2-3 minutes so that the inside of the pump, hose and nozzle are clean.

BEFORE USING THE SPRAYER WITH CHEMICALS, YOU MUST TEST THE TANK USING RUNNING WATER. If you find any leaks or malfunctioning parts, repair or replace before using any chemicals.

Determine the proper amounts of chemical concentrate and water to prepare the spray mixture. The ratio is indicated on the label of the concentrated chemical container.

Remove the tank lid and make sure the particle filter (A) is in place.

Pour the appropriate amount of mixture into the tank, after pouring hold the container upside down for a minimum of 30 seconds to empty completely.

Do not exceed the limit marked on the tank.

Close the tank by screwing the lid clockwise until the tank is perfectly sealed.

Wipe up any spillage so that the liquid does not reach the battery or the electrical system.

ï At the bottom of the tank there is a filter net to prevent particles from being sucked in by the pump. To avoid clogging, clean the filter regularly. To clean it, remove the filter from the bottom of the tank to clean it carefully. Carefully fix it in place after cleaning.
Operation
Spraying
- Chemical spraying should be done in cool weather with little wind. For example, in the early morning or late afternoon. This reduces evaporation and drift of the chemicals as well as improves product application.
- Wear all personal protective equipment before carrying the equipment on your shoulders.
- Set the equipment on a table that will support its weight, so that the shoulder straps are off the edge of the table.
- Put your shoulders through the straps and secure the equipment behind your back.
- Adjust the throttle lever to operate the motor.
- Open the handle valve to start spraying.
- After opening the valve keep the handle moving so that the spray is not concentrated in one spot. Failure to do so may result in chemical damage.
- Remember that the operator must face into the wind.
- The lance or gun should form a level angle of about 15°.
- During spraying, the spray tube should oscillate continuously between left and right to increase the spraying range. The advanced steps should match the oscillation speed.
Protective equipment
Maintenance
- The following maintenance tasks should be carried out whenever you finish operating the equipment.
- Clean all surfaces.
- Clean the chemical tank with clean water and dry it.
- Check all connections for water or fuel leaks. In case of a leak, repair it immediately.
- Check all bolts for looseness or looseness. Tighten firmly or replace them.
- After maintenance, the machine should be left to dry in a ventilated place. It must be far from any source of light and avoid sunlight.
- If the equipment is to be stored for a long time, in addition to the above points:
- The battery should be charged every two months.
- None of the plastic parts should be exposed to sunlight or pressed by heavy material.
- Cover the equipment with a plastic dust cover and store it in a dry and clean place.
Fuse replacement
- To protect the equipment from voltage spikes, the equipment is fitted with a fuse.
- If it blows for any reason, remove the battery assembly, loosen the packing strap, remove the battery and open the fuse cover to replace the damaged fuse with a new one of the same characteristics.
- Find out the cause of the problem and correct it. After this, you will be able to operate it again.
- Some causes of a blown fuse:
The charger does not match the battery or has problems. Chemicals attached to the liquid pump.
The cable is shorted due to damage. Incorrect connection.
