Get started

  1. Determine the optimal location for Chirp
    Install Chirp towards the middle of walls, away from corners, doors, and tall furniture which may block its sensors. Ensure frequented areas such as beds, sitting areas, etc. are within full and clear view of Chirp.optimal

  2. Mount Chirp to the wall
    Use the provided wall plugs and screws to mount Chirp 48-52” above the floor — about the same height as a light switch.

  3. Set up Chirp from your phone
    Download the app from www.mychirp.com/ download or scan the QR code below. Have your WiFi details ready as the app will require these to get the Chirp devices online.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Only clean Chirp with a dry cloth. Do not wash or submerge the Chirp device under water. Use indoors only (0 to 40°C/32°F to 104°F). Condensation may damage the device. Do not tamper, disassemble, paint, puncture, hammer, or drop the Chirp device as this may degrade performance or render Chirp inoperable, void the warranty and the user’s authority to operate this equipment.
Chirp contains strong magnets used to attach the device to the mounting bracket. Avoid direct contact with objects sensitive to magnetic fields, such as hard drives (including laptops), credit cards, etc.

REGULATORY
Chirp’s primary purpose is activity monitoring. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Chirp will not detect all calls for help
