Safety and Performance
The Sleep Apnea Detector software’s ability to accurately classify a sleep
recording into sleep apnea severity was studied in a multi-centric clinical
investigation, on 118 subjects, against polysomnography scored according to
AASM recommendations. The Sleep Apnea Detector demonstrated 88.0% sensitivity
and 88.6% specificity on the AHI = 15 events/h threshold, and 86.0%
sensitivity and 91.2% specificity on the AHI = 30 events/h threshold.
