Data collection security
• Information can be collected only with customers’ authorization. Only the O&M information can be obtained from the customer. The information items to be collected are listed in the Authorization Letter.
• All operations performed on the Secure Cloud Gateway are recorded, the data transmission records can be traced, and integrity check is performed to ensure that the records are not tampered with.
• Data is encrypted using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to avoid information leakage. -
Data transmission security
• Bidirectional authentication: The Secure Cloud Gateway uses certificates to authenticate the DME IQ cloud system, and the DME IQ cloud system uses support accounts to authenticate the Secure Cloud Gateway.
• Unidirectional access: The Secure Cloud Gateway can access the DME IQ cloud system, while the DME IQ cloud system cannot access the Secure Cloud Gateway.
• Transmission security: The Secure Cloud Gateway connects to the DME IQ cloud system through HTTPS and transmits data through the HTTPS encryption channel to ensure connection security.
• DME IQ has been certified through National Electronic Computer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and obtained the Security Qualification Report. -
Data storage security
• DME IQ cloud system: The information security condition complies with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard, and obtains the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certification.
