  • Do not mix new batteries with old batteries. This may cause the batteries to overheat and leak.
  • Failure to match the correct polarities of the battery may cause the battery to burst or leak, resulting in fire, personal injury, or ambient pollution.

  • Batteries inside or inside the product shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
  • In Analogue TV and some countries, some remote control buttons may not work.

Safety Notice

Important Precautions

Installation

  • The LED TV should be installed near an AC power outlet that can be easily plugged and unplugged.
  • Place the LED TV on a smooth, flat surface to avoid the LED TV from falling and causing injury, or damaging the TV.
  • If you intend to install a TV wall mount, we recommended thatyou use an authorized LED TV wall mount. For details, please contact our LED Service Center.
  • The diameter and length of the screen will vary depending on the wall mount model.
    Failure to use the correct screws may cause the TV to fall or led to internal damage.

Moving

  • Disconnect all cables before moving the LED TV. – Large LEDTVs need 2 or more people to move safely. Avoid applying pressure to the LED panel when moving the LED TV. Avoid shaking the TV or exposing it to excessive vibrations.
  • When moving the LED TV toa new location or to carry out repairs, package the TV using the original box and packaging materials.

Ventilation

  • Do not cover the ventilation holes or insert any objects into the case.
  • Keep a space for ventilation around the LED TV.

Wall mounting

In order to ensure proper ventilation & prevent the buildup of dust or dirt:

  • Don’t mount theTV flat, upside
  • down, or backwards, or side mount the TV.
  • Don’t place the TV on a shell, carpet, bed, or closet.
  • Don’t cover the TV with fabric (such as curtains) or other materials (such as newspapers).

AC power cord
Use the AC power cord and socket according to the instructions below to avoid fire, electric shock, damage, or personal injury:

  • Insert the plug completely into the AC outlet.
  • Use the LED TV witha 100-240V ACpower source.
  • When connecting cables, the AC power cord should be unplugged for safety reasons. Be careful not to trip over cables.
  • Before carrying outwork or moving the LED TV, disconnect the AC power cord from the AC power outlet.
  • Keep the ACpower cord away from heat.
  • Unplug the AC power plug and clean it regularly. Ifthe plug is covered with dust, and has water vapor, its installation quality may deteriorate, producing a fire risk.
  • Avoid excessive pinching, bending, modifying or twisting of the AC power cord, otherwise the wires may become exposed or broken.
  • Do not place any heavy objects on the AC power cord.
  • Do not pull the AC power cord when disconnecting the power.
  • Do not connect too many devices on the same AC power outlet.
  • Do not use unsuitable AC power outlets.

Children

  • Do not let children climb the LED TV.
  • Place small objects out of the reach of children in order to avoid swallowing

Optional items
Keep optional accessories or any devices that emit electromagnetic radiations away from the TV in order to avoid image destruction.

In case of the following problems…..

  • The AC power cord is damaged.
  • The AC power outlet is not suitable.
  • The LED TV is damaged due toa drop or impact.
  • Any liquid or solid object falls into the case through an outlet. Turn off the LED TV & immediately unplug the AC power cord. Ask the LED Service Center to dispatch qualified service personnel to investigate.

Usage restrictions
Don’t install/use the LED TV in the following places, environments, or conditions, otherwise the LED TV may malfunction & cause a fire, electric shock, damage, or personal injury.

Places
Outdoors (a direct sunlight), by the sea, in a ship or other vessel, inside a car, in a medical institution, at an unstable location, next to water, or in a place exposed to rain, moisture. If the LED TV is placed in the dressing room of a public bath or spa, it may be damaged by the sulfide in the air.

Environment
Hot, damp, or dusty places, places where insects may enter, places that may be exposed to mechanical shock; next to flammable objects (such as cand les). The LED TV should not be exposed to dripping or splashing water, and do not place any items containing liquid such as flowervases on top of the LED TV. Don’t place the LED TV in a damp or dusty place, or in a room with steam or fumes (near a stove or humidifier) to avoid fire, electric shock, or deformation. Do not boil water, heat, cook noodles, or use mosquito coils near the LED TV.

Conditions
Don’t use the LEDTV when your hands are wet, when the case is open orwith accessories that aren’t authorized by the manufacturer. In the case ofa lightning storm, disconnect the LEDTV from the AC power cord and ACoutIet. Do not install the LED TV in an open-air location. Failure to follow these conditions may result in personal injury or damage, or cause objects to strike the LED TV.

Damage to LED TV screen
Do not throw any objects towards the LED TV, otherwise the screen may be broken due to the impact and cause serious injury. In case of damage to the surface ofthe LED TV, do not touch the LED TV before the AC power cord has been unplugged, otherwise electric shock may occur.

Precautions

  • Watch TV in appropriate lightning conditions Watching TV in insufficient light or for long periods can da mage your eyesight.
  • The screen will get hot when the TV is working. This is normal.

Using and cleaning the screen/case of the LED TV
Before cleaning the LED TV, ensure that the AC power cord is disconnected from the AC power outlet, in order to avoid determination of the casing material or corroding the screen coating, please observe the following precautions.

  • Wipe with a soft cloth to remove any dust on the surface of the screen case. If there is still dust, wipe with a soft cloth that has been moistened with a mild detergent.
  • Do not spray water or detergent directly onto the LED TV, it may drip to the base of the screen or external parts, causing malfunction.
  • Do not use scrub pads, alkaline/acid cleaners, scouring powder, or volatile liquids, such as alcohol, volatile oils, thinners, insecticides. The use of the above materials or prolonged contact with rubber or vinyl products may cause damage to the screen surface & casing materials. It is recommended that you regularly clean the vents to ensure proper ventilation.
  • When adjusting the angle of the LED TV, slowly move the LED TV to prevent it from moving or slipping from the base.

What the Wheelie Bin symbol means: The symbol says don’t dispose your e-waste into the municipal vaste collection bins. That’s because these wastes are hazardous in nature and need to be recycled in a spedal way.

How to dispose this product

b.Ensure that only Authorized Recyclers repair and handle your electronic products.

E-waste Collection Center / Collection Point.
e.Wherever possible or as instructed, separate the packag ing material according to responsible waste disposal options and sorting for recycling.

Don’t’s:
a.Do not dismantle your electronic Products on your own.
b.Do not throw electronics in bins having “Do not Dispose” sign.

Bluetooth

You can play external Bluetooth audio device like Bluetooth headphone, Bluetooth speaker.
Before connecting Bluetooth enable your Bluetooth device.

Installing the Stand

CAUTION

  • Be sure to disconnect the NC power cord before installing a stand or Wall-Mount brackets.
  • The LED display is very fragile, and must be protected at all times when installing the base stand. Be sure that no hard or sharp object, or anything that could scratch or damage the LED display, comes into contact with it. DO NOT exert pressure on the front of the TV at any time because the screen could crack.

Follow the illustrations and instructions below to complete the installation steps:

  1. Carefully place your TV facedown on a soft, flat surface to prevent damage to the TV or scratching to the screen.
  2. Remove the 2 stands from the accessory bag and then insert the stands into the bottom slots of the TV.
  3. Secure the BASE STAND to the TV with the 4 screws in accessory tightly.

  1. All running apps will close, and any recording in progress will stop.
  2. You can access and adjust the menu by pressing the button when TV is on.
  3. You can use the function when you access menu control.

When the TV is turned on, press the button one time. You can adjust the Menu items using the button.

Troubleshooting

1. No image display and no sound is produced

  • Make sure the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the wall outlet and the TV.
  • Make sure the wall outlet is working & Check if there is a problem in the wall outlet by connecting other products.
  • Try pressing the POWER button on the TV to make sure the problem is not the remote. If the TV turns on, refer to
  • The remote control does not work” below.
  • Check cable connections (remove and reconnect all cables connected to the TV and external devices).
  • Set your external devices’ (Cable/Set top Box, DVD, Blu-ray etc) video outputs to match the connections to the TV input. For example, if an external device’s output is HDMI, it should be connected to an HDMI input on the TV.
  • Make sure your connected devices are powered on.
  • Be sure to select the TV’s correct source by pressing the SOURCE button on the TV remote.

2. Cannot control the TV with remote control

  • Check the remote control sensor on the product and try again.
  • Check if there is any obstacle between the product and the remote control.
  • Check if the batteries are drained out (leakage, spring rusty).
  • Check for IR interference from other devices like CCFL, Tube light, etc.
  • Use of sub-standard batteries in TV remote may lead to leakage and permanent damage to remote. Remove batteries from remote if not using it for long time.
  • Clean the transmission window located on the top of the remote control.

3. TV turns off suddenly

  • Check the power control settings. The power supply may be interrupted.

  • TV will turn off automatically after 10/20/30/60/90/120/180/240 mins when sleep timer is enabled.

  • Check for electrical supply interruption (Switch, Fuse, MCB, etc).

  • Check if too many electrical devices plugged into a multiple electrical outlet causing sparks
    (Recommended to use standard power socket).

  • Check if there is no signal from external device (STB/DVD/Blu-ray player).

4. TV Cleaning

  • While cleaning the TV screen, unplug the power and wipe it with a soft cloth.
  • Applying excessive force may cause scratches or discoloration.
  • Do not spray water or cleaner directly on to the TV screen.
  • Make sure to spray just enough of water or cleaner on to a dry cloth to wipe the screen.
  • Make sure to wipe off excess water or cleaner by the cloth.

5. Factory Reset

Follow the below path for TV Setting reset.
Press Setting• All setting •Support •Reset to Initial Settings· Press Ok
