Product Information
The product is the Thule Evo Flush Rail 710601, which is a foot pack that is used to mount Thule roof bars onto a vehicle’s roof. This product is compatible with Thule WingBar Evo, Thule AeroBlade, Thule ProBar Evo, and Thule SquareBar Evo roof bars. The product complies with ISO norm ISO 11154-E and can hold a maximum weight of 5.5 kg / 12.2 lbs. The product has a maximum speed limit of 130 km/h (80 Mph) and 80 km/h (50 Mph) when carrying cargo.
Product Usage Instructions
- Check that the Thule Evo Flush Rail 710601 is compatible with your vehicle using the Thule Fit Guide or by contacting Thule customer service.
- Assemble the foot pack according to the instructions provided in the user manual. Make sure to use the correct foot pack for your vehicle and roof bar type.
- Clean the roof of your vehicle where the foot pack will be mounted.
- Place the assembled foot pack onto the roof of your vehicle in the desired location. The foot pack should be positioned so that it lines up with the flush rails on your vehicle’s roof.
- Secure the foot pack to your vehicle’s roof using the provided bolts and torque wrench. Tighten the bolts to 4 Nm.
- Attach the Thule WingBar Evo, Thule AeroBlade, Thule ProBar Evo, or Thule SquareBar Evo roof bar to the assembled foot pack according to the instructions provided with the roof bar.
- Attach any accessories to the roof bar as needed.
- Check that the roof bar and accessories are securely attached and do not obstruct the driver’s view or interfere with the vehicle’s operation.
- Before driving, check that the roof bar and accessories are still securely attached and that there are no signs of damage or wear.
- When not in use, remove the roof bar and foot pack from your vehicle to prevent theft or damage.
