Product Information: BIOS SkyViewTM Wellness Table Lamp
The BIOS SkyViewTM Wellness Table Lamp is a unique table lamp that merges beauty and science with patented BIOS SkyBlue circadian technology developed by NASA scientists. The lamp features hand-blown glass and a carefully crafted billet aluminum base, making each lamp uniquely yours. Experience the biological benefits of natural light indoors with this lamp.

Modes and Brightness
When first plugged into the wall, the lamp will automatically cycle through a 30-minute Sunrise. To override this initial setting and preview all the modes – Sunrise, Daytime, Sunset, Nighttime – simply press down on the dial every time you want to transition. Each Sunrise and Sunset are dynamic and take a full 2 minutes.
APP Manual Use
Your lamp can be used manually before it is connected to the BIOS Lighting App. To provide the best manual experience, we recommend the following schedule:
- When you are just starting the day, set to Sunrise
- Leave your lamp on Daytime throughout the day
- Transition to Sunset two hours before you go to bed- Sunset will automatically transition to Nighttime
- Power off once you are going to bed

Encoder Insrtruction -
On/Off : Short press the encoder to turn on or off the lamp.

Change the mode : Long press the encoder for 3 seconds to change the light mode , that contains two modes for mode1 and mode2 ; mode 1 is NT source 100% , mode2 is BS source ,LED source,TW source ,B source and UVA source 100%.

Adjust the brightness of the light : simply turn the dial to the right to increase the brightness and to the left to decrease the brightness.

Pair the lamp :Long press the encoder for 10 seconds , the lamp will flash for red ,and enter the network connection state
