The MB3830 Solar Power Bank is a portable charging device that offers wireless Qi charging and solar recharging capabilities. It comes with a USB cable, user manual, and carabiner for easy carrying. The power bank has a wireless charging area, compass, hanger, USB output, quick charge output, bidirectional PD fast charging, micro USB input, flashlight, solar charging indicator, power button, battery status indicator, solar panel, and wireless charging indicator. It has a battery capacity of 20,000mAh and weighs 500g. The power bank is equipped with safety features to ensure proper usage and prevent malfunctions.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the power bank, read the instruction manual carefully and follow the safety guidelines.
  2. To turn on the power bank, press the power button. The LED battery indicators and wireless charging function will turn on.
  3. If there are no charging devices connected, the power bank will automatically shut down in 30 seconds.
  4. For wireless charging, place the device on the wireless charging area. The red indicator light will turn on if there is a foreign object detected. The steady blue light indicates wireless charging standby status. The flashing blue light indicates 5W/7.5W/10W wireless charging.
  5. For wired charging, connect the device to the USB output or QC3.0 USB output using a cable.
  6. For bidirectional PD fast charging, use the Type C input/output.
  7. To charge the power bank, use the micro USB input or Type C quick charge input. The solar panel can also be used for recharging, but it is recommended to hang the power bank in a ventilated environment to avoid swelling of the battery due to extreme temperatures.
  8. The battery status indicator shows the remaining power of the power bank. When the power bank is being charged, the solar charging indicator will turn on.
  9. The power bank also has a flashlight function. Press and hold the power button to turn on/off the flashlight.
  10. Do not use the power bank if there are bulging, swelling, leakage, or other abnormalities. Stop using immediately and contact the manufacturer.
  11. Avoid exposing the power bank to extreme temperatures, water, or other liquids.
  12. Do not disassemble or modify the power bank. This may cause damage or malfunction.
  13. The power bank comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Warning : When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  • Carefully read the User Manual before using the power bank.
  • Close supervision is needed when the power bank is used near children.
  • Do not strike, hit or insert any foreign objects into the power bank or any of its ports.
  • Do not expose the power bank to heavy rain/snow to avoid malfunction.
  • Do not immerge the power bank into water to avoid malfunction.
  • Do not disassemble or reassemble the power bank without authorization from the manufacturer.
  • Do not use the power bank if it has been damaged or modified. If you see any bulging, swelling, leakage or other abnormality from the power bank, stop using it immediately

SPECIAL ATTENTION

  1. The suggested working/storage temperature is between -4°F and +140°F (-20°C~+60°C).
  2. Do not expose a power bank to fire or extreme temperatures. Exposure to fire or temperature above 176°F/80°C may cause battery swelling up or explosion.
  3. Do not leave the power bank inside the car. Under hot weather, the temperature inside a parked car can reach above 176°F/80°C, where the battery may swell up or explode.
  4. Do not leave the power bank on a flat surface of concrete, metal and wooden floor to have the battery using the solar panel. Under strong sunlight, the surface temperature on a concrete, metal or wooden floor may reach above 176°F/80°C, where the battery may swell up or explode.
  5. For solar charging, we recommend that you hang the power bank in a ventilated environment to avoid swelling of the battery due to extreme temperatures

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn on/Turn off
    Press the power switch and then the LED battery indicators and wireless charging function will turn on. If there are no charging devices, the power bank will automatically shut down in 30 seconds.

  2. How to charge the power bank:
    Solar Supply – Place the power bank under direct sunlight and the sunlight will convert into electricity to charge the built-in lithium battery automatically. Direct exposure to sunlight is recommended.
    Power Supply – Connect the TYPE-C or USB input port and wall/car adapter USB port with a cable. The blue LED indicators will be flickering while charging,and all indicators on means the power bank has been fully charged. QC3.0/ PD wall/car adaptor will quick charge the power bank.

  3. Charge mobile phones or other devices:

  4. Cable Charging – Turn on the power switch and the blue indicators are on. Connect the two ends of the cable to the USB ports on the power bank and the devices. Fast charging is supported by the QC 3.0 USB Output port and the Type-C Bidirectional PD Port for mobile phones and devices with fast charging capabilities.

  5. Wireless Charging – Turn on the power switch and the wireless charging indicator will illuminate. Place your mobile phone on the wireless charging pad, and the charging will begin. If you normally use a protective case for your phone, please make sure that the phone case is not made of metal and that the suitable thickness is less than 6 mm.

LED FLASHLIGHT FUNCTION:

  • Long press the power button for at least 3 seconds to turn on or turn off the flashlight.
  • Then, short press power button a fourth time to turn off the flashlight.

WARNING:

  • This power bank is for 5V/2.4A 9V/2A devices. Devices beyond the specifications may malfunction.
  • Please do not disassemble the power bank.
  • Keep dry and keep away from fire. Please do not use chemicals to clean the power bank.
  • Please do not charge in high temperature. Recommended temperature range:  20ºC – 60ºC
  • If it is not intended to be used for a long time, please charge it at least every three months.
  • Please do not use until fully charged and do not charge mobile phones while being charged.
