INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Perfect cleansing and care by power-ultrasonic

Especially for small products, aseptic, deep cleansing is important for daily use, personal hygiene and value retention. The new u-sonic 2 is a valuable accessory and offers optimal cleansing. Powerful ultrasound at 40 kHz ensures hygienic cleanliness even with clear water.

Operation

  1. Fill the cover of the u-sonic 2 to the mark with water and pour it into the stainless steel tub
  2. Place the to be cleaned parts into the liquid and close the cover
  3. Insert the round plug into the socket on the back of the u-sonic 2, then plug the power supply into a mains socket
  4. Briefly touch the sensor button and the ultrasonic cleansing program is starting for 6 min
  5. The device automatically shutdown to stand-by after ultrasonic cleansing process
  6. Open the cover and remove the cleaned parts
  7. Drain the water into a sink after each cleaning process

Maintenance and operation

  • Switch off and unplug the appliance before any cleaning and maintenance.
  • After ultrasonic cleansing, rinse the cleaned parts under fluent water. Tubes and holes must be well blown and dried.
  • Simple cleansing can be done with pure water. For intensive cleansing a cleansing concentrate or a splash of mild dish detergent is recommended as an additive.
  • You can manually switch the device into stand-by during cleansing process by holding the sensor button for more than 3 seconds.
  • We recommend wet wipes for cleaning your u-sonic 2.

  • Earplugs, swim and sleep protection, mini tubes, ear olives and umbrellas
  • Coins, medals, badges, razor-shaver heads, drawing pens
  • Prosthetic aids, braces, cosmetic utensils, infant teats, teats
  • Ear jewelry, chains, rings and other jewelry items that can be ultrasonic cleaned; Ask your jeweler!

Warnings

  • CAUTION: Never put electronic devices into the liquid!
  • CAUTION: Use only with ultrasonic cleanable parts!
  • CAUTION: Don’t use the u-sonic 2 near sinks etc. – Risk of electric shock!
  • CAUTION: Never operate the u-sonic 2 without water in the stainless steel tub!
  • In the event of a malfunction, unplug the power supply and take the drying station to your retailer.
  • Don’t disassemble the device.
  • This appliance can be use by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazard involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • If the power supply or cable is damaged, it must be replaced at a specialist shop to avoid danger.
  • Continuous running of the appliance should be not more than 12 minutes (Kb12min.) with the appliance cool down to room temperature before switching on again.
  • Follow Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) instructions on page 38.

Disposal

  • Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste; use separate collection facilities.
  • Contact your local government for information regarding the collection systems available.
  • If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
