How we use it?
It is suggested to use 18W 9V /2A adapter.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not store device in high-temperature environment, including heat caused by intense sunlight or other forms of heat.
- Do not place device in fire or other excessively hot environments.
- Exposure to fire or temperature above 212° F (100°C) may cause explosion.
- Do not use the wireless charger in excess of its output rating.
- Overloading outputs above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- Do not expose the wireless charger to rain or snow.
- Do not modify, repair or disassemble the unity, if so, please contact the seller.
- Switch off the wireless charger when not in use.
- The wireless charger will automatically switch off when disconnected from its wall charger.

Please Note
- The Watch Wireless Charging Area supports Apple Watch only.
- Please remove your phone case before charging if the thickness > 5mm.
- For big-size phone (like iPhone 13 Pro Max/iPhone 12 Pro Max/Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra/Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra please place it horizontally for charging.
- Place your qi-enabled device accurately in the wireless charging area when charging.
- A 18W 9V/2A charging adapter is required when charging 3 devices simultaneously or want to have a fast charging effect.
- Make sure to disconnect the device from power when cleaning.
- It is normal and safe to hear a humming noise when very close to the charger.
- It means that this wireless charger is adjusting its temperature to achieve a more efficient charging speed.
- If your device can not be fully charged, this may due to high environmental temperature, please recharge after the temperature is lowered.
- Our charger has temperature control to safeguard your device when charging.
- If you are using the iPhone 12 series and it cannot be charged, please try to restart the phone and then charge it.

When I place the phone on the charger, it starts charging, but after a
few minutes it stops and the green light starts to flash Why?
- Make sure your device supports the QI wireless charging function before using this wireless charger.
- Test with another adapter.
- It is suggested to use 18W 9V /2A adapter.
- Test with other USB cables.
- Check whether your device’s case contains metal.
- Magnetic and metal attachments will cause an LED flash and prevent charging.
- Please place the phone correctly.
- If the phone is placed in the incorrect position, it will affect charging.
- If the phone has a case, please make sure the thickness is less than 5mm or remove the case before charging.
My mobile phone is an iPhone 12 series, but it won’t charge?
- If you are using an iPhone 12 series and it won’t charge please try to restart the phone and then charge it.
- If your iPhone cannot be charged, it may be caused by the IOS version especially IOS 14.3.

Why can’t I charge my AirPods 2?
Make sure your device supports the wireless charging function. AirPods 2 is divided into two series one supports wireless charging and the other cannot support wireless charging. When your AirPods 2 has an indicator on the outside of the shell, it can support wireless charging. When your Air Pods 2’s indicator is inside the clamshell, it can’t support wireless charging. You can confirm by contacting customer service.
Why can’t I charge my Samsung watch?
The watch charging area is only compatible with Apple Watch Series SE/6/5/4/3 /2. It is not suitable for Apple Watch Series1 or Samsung watches.
