KOQICHINA K-999 Transmitter Keypad and K-302 Receiver Screen
Product Information
The K-999+K-302 is a display system that comes with several features such as voice setting, keyboard setting, partition setting, and volume setting. The system also has a factory restore option. The F6 function allows users to adjust the E1 Voice Mode prompt voice. The F7 function is used to connect the keyboard to the displays. The F8 function is used for partition and key settings. The system can receive signals from different partitions and has a cancel number feature.
Product Usage
Voice Setting
- Plug in the K-999+K-302 system and press any number + ENT key on the keypad.
- Press the key for 2 seconds until the screen shows F1.
- Press the key to find F6, then press the key to show E1.
- Press the key again to confirm, and the screen will show 0 (or other numbers).
- To choose the number from 0-7, press the key.
- Press the key to exit to E1, and then press the key again to exit the setting state.
Keyboard Setting
To connect the keyboard to the displays:
- Use the F7 function.
Partition Setting
- Press the key for 2 seconds until the screen shows F1.
- Press the key to find F8, then press the key to show E1.
- Press the key again to confirm, and the screen will show OF or ON or 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 A b c d E F.
- To choose the partition number you need, press the key.
- Press the key to exit to E1, and then press the key again to exit the setting state.
Volume Setting
Adjust the volume directly by using the UP/DOWN key when the displays are in stand-by mode. To access volume setting:
- Press the key for 2 seconds until the screen shows F1.
- Press the key to find F6, then press the key to show E1.
- Press the key till show E4 Volume Setting.
- Press the key to choose the number from 00 to 09 (00 means MUTE).
- Press the key to exit to E2, and then press the key again to exit the setting state.
Factory Restore Setting
To restore factory settings:
- Press the key for 2 seconds until the screen shows F1.
- Press the key to find F8, then press the key to show F9 Restore Factory Settings.
- Press the key again to confirm, and the screen will show OF or ON or 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 A b c d E F.
- Press the key to exit to F8, and then press the key again to exit the setting state.
This is a simple manuals to teach you how to connect keypad to display, and adjust the prompt voice you need. More functions can be known from another manuals. When you get this system, just plug in then press any number + ENT key on the keypad, the displays will show this number with prompt voice.
Common Voice Mode
- Press 5+ENT on the keypad, the displays will broadcast like this: Please number five go to counter (F6-E1-2)
- Press 5+F2 or F3 or F4, the displays will broadcast like this: Number Five (F6-E1-3)
- Press 5+ENT or F2 or F3 or F4, the displays will prompt by dingdong sound (F6-E1-4)
- Press 5+F1, number 005 will be canceled from the display.
Change the service type from “counter” to “room” or “office”, just go to F8-E2 to set.
Note: Can adjust the volume directly by UP/DOWN key when the displays in standby.

Settings
F6 Voice Setting
E1 Voice Mode
- Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1
- Press “ ” key to find F6, then press “ ” key to show E1
- Press “ ” key again to confirm, the screen show 0 (or other numbers)
- Press “ ” “ ”key to choose the number from 0-7 “3” means English pronunciation—e.g. No.105: One hundred and five, we recommend choose this one. When you press a number + ENT on the keypad, it will broadcast “please number XXX”. And if this one isn’t suitable, you can press a number + F2 or F3 or F4 on the keypad, it will broadcast “number XXX”, this voice mode is suitable for any scenes. “4” means Ding Dong voice—if you don’t want to broadcast in English, you can choose ding dong sound
- Press “ ” key, it will exit to “E1”, press “ ” key again to exit setting state.
E4 Volume Setting
- Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1
- Press “ ” key to find F6
- Then press “ ” key to show E1, press “ ” key till show E4
- Press “ ” “ ” key to choose the number from 00 to 09 (00 means MUTE)
- Press “ ” key it will exit to “E2”, press “ ” key again to exit setting state.
F7 Keyboard Setting
- Simply use the F7 function to connect the keyboard to the displays.
E1 Partition Setting
- Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1
- Press “ ” key to find F7, then press “ ” key to show E1
- Press “ ” key again to confirm, the screen show “OF” or “ON” or “1” “2” “3” “4” “5” “6” “7” “8” “9” “0” “A” “b” “c” “d” “E” “F”
- “OF” means the screen can’t receive all signals from keyboard in all partitions.
- “ON” means the screen can receive all signals from keyboard in different partition.
- “0” or “1” or “2” …… “9” “A” “b” “C” “d” “E” “F” means the screen ONLY can receive one specific partition’s signal.
- Press “ ” “ ” key to choose the partition number you need.
- Press “ ” key, it will exit to “E1”, press “ ” key again to exit setting state.
NOTE: If the keyboard is in partition 5, the displays also must choose “5” to pair the signal between of transmitters and receivers.
F8 Key Settings
E2 Service Type Pairing
- Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1
- Press “ ” key to find F8, then press “ ” key to show E1
- Press “ ” key to show E2 and press “ ” key to confirm, show 00 with “cancel” sound
- Press “ ” “ ” key to choose the number (service type) you need.
- For example, the service type you need is “room”, just need choose 20 and press any number + ENT key on the keypad, then you will hear “success”.
- Press “ ” key to exit setting state.
When you press a number + ENT on the keypad, you will hear broadcasting voice like this: “Please number XXX go to room” (F6-E1-2) 12 Kitchen 13 Office 16 Doctor 17 Nurse 20 Room 24 Department 31 Counter
F9 Restore Factory Setting
- Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1
- Press “ ” key to find F9, then press “ ” key to show E1
- Hold down “ ” key for 2 seconds to confirm, you will hear a voice (success), then it is successful, and the displays will exit the setting state automatically.
Brief Introduction of K-999 Keypad
Install the antenna before using, can enhance the signal distance.
LAST
- Call previous one number, for example, the current calling number is 009, it will call 008 when you press LAST key.
DIGIT
- Can set keypad in 3-digit or 4-digit (hold down to switch)
ON/OFF
- Turn ON/OFF the keypad easily.
ZONE
- Hold down for 5 seconds to change zone data.
- Can choose the zone from A-F and 0-9, for example, you want to all signal work in zone 8, just need adjust to “8” on keypad. Then enter to F7-E1 function on the display receiver, choose “8” or “ON”, “ON” means the displays can receive the signal from all zone.
- After pairing, press any number on the keypad to call, this number will show on the displays with clear voice prompting.
F1
- Short press: Number + F1 = Cancel this number from the displays
- Long press: Have 3 modes—none dot, 2 dots, 3 dots (hold down to switch)
None dot
- This mode is selected by default when only one keyboard is available.
2 dots
Two or more keypads of the same zone work together. For example, two keypads is in same zone, when first keypad call number 005, just need press NEXT key on second keypad, it will skip to 006, then press ENT to call number 006.
3 dots
Whichever zone is chosen, two or more keyboards can interact together. For example, there are 4 keypads, you can set those keypads in zone 1/2/3/4 or 1/2/2/3, then press NEXT/LAST key on each keypad to call, the number will be called one by one. Note: please choose the “ON” on the displays’ F7-E1 function if want to let the keypad in different zone.
NEXT
This key can call the customer one by one, it have 2 situation:
- Single counter
- e.g.: Start Calling from NO.001, it will skip to 002 if press “NEXT”, then 003, 004, 005……
- Multiple counter
- e.g.: Counter 1 call the NO. 001, it will skip to 002 if counter 2 press “NEXT” key……
Note: This function is applicable in F1-3 dots cases.
Hold down the “F1” key for 5 seconds to check whether open the “zone function” or not. When you see the small red dot displayed in the bottom right corner of the last two/three digits, it means OPEN. Default this function is turn off, so will not show small red dot.
F2-F3-F4-ENT
- _ CALL function: _Number + F2 or F3 or F4 or ENT are all call function. The default is to simply press the “Number + ENT” to call.
0 KEY
- Hold down the “0” key for 3 seconds, can turn on/off the operate sound.
