2.2 Battery and Charge
The 4DS101 system is powered by a lithium-ion rechargeable battery installed
in the chair seat.
Ensure that this battery pack is fully charged before first use. Use the
certified 19VDC power adapter supplied with the package at all times.
When charging the battery, the LED indicator displays a blinking RED light.
When fully charged, the RED light will be turned off, and four GREEN LED
indicators will light up. If only one GREEN LED indicator is lit up, the
system will need to be charged as soon as possible
It is possible to use the 4DS101 system when the control unit is connected to
the power adapter.
The battery pack can be recharged at any time; it DOES NOT have to be
completely discharged before charging. Keeping the battery charged and used
periodically will increase its performance and lifetime. Repeated full
battery discharges must be AVOIDED.
Chapter 3- Connecting to Audio Source
3.2 Auxiliary Mode
3.3 Tactile Transmitter (TT) Mode
Chapter 4- Basic Operations
4.1Basic Operation of 4DS System
Step 1- Turn the System ON
STEP 2- Choose the Input Source
The 4DS101 system offers 3 modes: Bluetooth, Tactile Transmitter (TT), and
Auxiliary. Pressing the SEL button for 1 second will switch to the next mode
sequentially. The system will issue a sound corresponding to each mode
accordingly.
For Bluetooth Mode, the audio source needs to pair to Bluetooth ID “KRATOS”.
If the Bluetooth ID does not appear, please turn off the Bluetooth mode and
turn it back on to search for the ID. Since Bluetooth can only connect to one
device at a time, any pre-existing connections to the Bluetooth device will
need to be withdrawn to allow the audio source to connect to the 4DS101.
When entering Tactile Transmitter mode, the LED light on top of the PAIR
button will blink. Once the Tactile Transmitter WT60A turns on, the LED light
will display a constant white light, which indicates that pairing and linking
were successful. Remember that the 4DS101 must be paired with the Tactile
Transmitter before its first use.
When entering Auxiliary Mode, please connect the audio source to the 4DS101
via a 1/8″ mini plug. 7
It is recommended to set the input source volume to a high level and use the
knobs to adjust the volume to a suitable level.
If you plan to use the 4DS101 system for a long session, you can plug in the
DC power adapter to simultaneously play and charge.
If the 4DS101’s control unit experiences overheating or excessive current, the
in-built protection system will automatically turn it off. Once this occurs,
you need to switch off the power button and plug in the DC power adapter for
2-3 minutes before turning the system’s control unit on again.
STEP 5- Pairing with Tactile Transmitter WT60A
Note: Tactile Transmitter mode will receive audio from the WT60A Tactile
Transmitter. This transmitter needs to be purchased separately.
Turn the power on in the control units of both the 4DS101 and WT60A.
Switch to Tactile Transmitter Mode on the 4DS101 system. Press the PAIR button
for 3 seconds. The white LED light will blink, and a beeping sound will
follow.
Press the PAIR button for 5 seconds. The logo light on the front panel of the
transmitter will blink to indicate that pairing mode has been entered.
Once the LEDs stop blinking and are constantly lit, the pairing is complete,
and the link is ready.

Chapter 6-Troubleshooting
The system does not work after being powered on.
A. Check whether the battery status lights are on or off. If all are off, charge
the battery ASAP.
B. Check whether the input source has successfully linked with the 4DS101
system. Is the volume of the source too low?
C. Adjust the headphone/haptic knobs to higher levels.
D. Reopen the control unit.
The Bluetooth ID does not appear on the device
A. Confirm that the 4DS101 is in Bluetooth mode.
B. Check whether another device has overridden the Bluetooth link.
C. Switch off the device’s Bluetooth button and switch it on again to search.
D. Turn off the 4DS101 control unit and turn it on again to search for the
Bluetooth ID.
Battery Charging – All green LED lights are off after plugging in the power
adapter.
If the battery has been fully discharged, the Green LED lights will begin
lighting up sequentially after 1 hour when their respective voltage levels are
reached. A blinking red light means that the battery is charging.
Battery Charging ‒ Red LED charging light is not blinking when charging.
Make sure to use the certified power adapter supplied with the package. It is
possible to damage or burn the control unit if power adapters from other
brands are used or the wrong input voltage is applied.
System turns off suddenly.
A. Check whether the battery charge level is too low (one green LED light
only). Charge the battery immediately if the battery is low.
B. If the system experiences overheating or excessive current, the in-built
protection system will automatically turn it off. Once this occurs, you need to
switch off the power button and plug in the DC power adapter for 2-3 minutes
before turning the system’s control unit on again.
