SANOVA 9K817 Honda Rancher Suspension Lift Kits

Honda Rancher lift kits installation instructions

Please note that it is recommended that all kits be installed by a professional shop.

FRONT

1. Raise front off ground; secure with jack stands.

2. Remove Wheels.

3. Disconnect the top of the shocks from the frame shock mount.

4. Remove the bolt of the front carrier, just over the shock. Keep the OEM bolt.

5. Install the Front Brackets to Shock Mount with hardware as the picture shown.
   

6. Install Shocks to the Front Bracketswith stock hardware
   

7. Repeat the same steps for the opposite side.

8. Tighten all hardware completely(make sure all the hardware tighten).Reinstall Wheels.

REAR

1. Raise rear off ground; secure with jack stands.

2. Remove Wheels.

3. Disconnect the bottom of the shock from the swing arm.

4. Unbolt the bolt of the gearbox that is face off the slotted hole on the Rear Bracket. Re-use this bolt to secure the bracket to the swing arm.
   

5. Install the Rear Bracket with hardware as the picture shown.

6. Install Shocks to Rear Brackets with stock hardware. When you install the gaskets ,check the shocks back to original installation position.
   

7. Tighten all hardware completely. Reinstall Wheels.

Re-torque all bolts and nuts on the lift kits after 100-200 miles of driving.
