Installing Bottom Sealing Plates

NOTE
Before installation, ensure that the left and right end cabinets are on the same horizontal line and ensure that the side of the skylight support plate and the sides of the cabinets are on the same plane.

1. Step 1 : Assemble front and rear sealing plates that are as wide as the cabinet.
   NOTE
   Splice the bottom sealing plate for the 600 mm or 800 mm wide cabinet based on the site requirements.

2. Step 2: Secure the front and rear sealing plates to the cabinet.

3. Step 3: Place the side with dents upwards, and snap the side sealing plate into the front and rear sealing plates.

Installing an Inner Door Frame

1. Securing holes for cabinets with castors
2. Securing holes for cabinets without castors

NOTE
Put the posts and door head horizontally on the floor and assemble them. After the assembly is complete, verify that the posts are flush with the door head

• Step 1 : Remove the maintenance panels from both sides of the posts.
• Step 2 : Secure the posts to the door head.
• Step 3 : Secure the posts to the skylight connective plate.
• Step 4 : Secure the bottom of the posts to the cabinets.
• Step 5 : Measure the dimensions of positions A and B. The dimensions should be 1250 mm+5 mm.
• Step 6 : Install rubber plugs.
• Step 7 : Reinstall the maintenance panels on both sides of the posts.

Installing a Guide Rail

Step 1: Secure the guide rail to the door frame.

Installing Rubber Strips

• Step 1 : Remove the protective rubber strips from the glass door.
• Step 2 : Install the door rubber strips.

NOTE

• Ensure that the door is in close contact with the rubber strips without gaps.
• Ensure that the inner and outer rubber strips are flush with the door and the rubber strip at the bottom is as wide as the door.

Installing Glass Doors and Dampers

1. Step 1 : Push a door panel along the guide rail.
2. Step 2 : Set the spring of the middle buffer to the compressed state.
3. Step 3 : Push a buffer into each end of the guide rail according to the direction of the arrow on the label.
4. Step 4: Secure the screws at both ends of the guide rail.
5. Step 5: Push the buffers to the ends of the guide rail until they are in close contact with the guide rail screws.
6. Step 6 : Secure the buffers when the springs of the buffers are in the compressed state.
7. Step 7 : Secure the damper and fastener using M4×8 cross recessed countersunk head screws.
8. Step 8 : Rotate the lower edge of the glass door outwards to allow the glass door handle to cross the post, insert the damper under the glass door, and adjust its position to align the holes on the fastener with the holes reserved on the post.
9. Step 9 : Secure the damper fastener to the aisle door post using M4x8 cross-recessed countersunk head screws.

Installing a Magnetic Lock and Adjusting the Magnetic Lock Gap

• Step 1 : Secure the magnets on the left and right sides to the fasteners respectively.
• Step 2 : Remove the magnetic lock accessory and save the two removed screws for later use.
• Step 3 : Secure the two magnetic locks to the magnetic lock fasteners using screws.
• Step 4 : Secure the assembled magnetic locks to the guide rail.

Adjusting the Magnetic Lock Gap

Installing Door Boxes

• Step 1 : Install the door box hanging kit on the cabinet.
• Step 2 : Mount the door box on the door box hanging kit.
• Step 3 : Rotate the buckle on the door box hanging kit counterclockwise by 90 degrees and clamp it to the door box.

Installing an External Door Frame

Step 1: Secure the external door frame to the internal door frame.

Installing a PAD Mounting Kit and Access Control Device

Remove the baffle plate from the installation position and secure the baffle plate with the cable hole in the lower part

• Step 1 : Lay out the cables of monitoring components on the PAD mounting kit.
• Step 2 : Install the PAD mounting kit on the door box and secure it.
• Step 3 : Tighten two M3 captive screws to secure the baffle plate to the hanging kit.
• Step 4 : Route the PAD power cable to the cable hole in the PAD mounting support and connect the cable to the PAD.
• Step 5 : Adjust the feet on the top of the PAD mounting support and clamp the PAD to the PAD mounting support.
• Step 6 : Install the access control device.
  • Remove the screws (set aside) from the access control device and take off the baseplate.
  • Secure the baseplate to the baffle plate.
  • Route the cable of the access control device through the cable hole in the baffle plate.
  • Secure the access control device to the baseplate
