Product Information
- The FNI IOL-106-006-K20 is a digital input/output module developed by Fuyansheng Electronics (Fujian) Co. LTD. It features an IO-Link interface, digital I/O terminal blocks, 24V terminal block, GND terminal, and status LEDs for digital I/O point 32, IO-Link, power, and actuator. The product also includes a pin illustration for power supply, actuator power supply, GND, and C/Q channel for IO-Link data transfer.
- The digital output points are numbered from 1 to 32, with a bit descriptions and addresses assigned based on the input starts address assigned in the configuration project. The product also has a data transmission baud rate of 384 kbit/s, a minimum cycle time of 2ms, and process data cycle time of 3ms.
- The product has an error code feature that includes device app errors, additional codes for index and subindex unavailable, and value out of range. It also has a hardware power supply feature for low voltage supply at +24V.
Product Usage Instructions
To use the FNI IOL-106-006-K20 digital input/output module:
- Connect the IO-Link interface, digital I/O terminal blocks, 24V terminal block, and GND terminal as shown in Figure 1.
- Refer to Pin Illustration in Figure 2 for power supply (+24V), actuator power supply (+24V), GND, and C/Q channel for IO-Link data transfer.
- Assign input start address in the configuration project to determine the numbering and bit description of the digital output points. The first point address is based on the assigned start address.
- Refer to Table 1-1 for data transmission baud rate, frame type, minimum cycle time, process data cycle time, and process data length.
- Use the error code feature to troubleshoot device app errors, index and subindex unavailable, and value out-of-range issues. See Figure 5 for additional codes and patterns.
- Refer to Figure 6 for the hardware power supply feature for low voltage supply at +24V.
