Product Information
The Poly Voyager Focus 2 Office is a wireless headset designed for office use. The headset comes with a base that includes the following features:
- Computer lamp
- Bluetooth connectivity
- Desk phone lamp
- Charging capability
The base of the headset has numbered components as follows:
- Computer lamp
- Bluetooth connectivity

- Button 1

- Audio jack
The headset can be connected to a mobile device via Bluetooth and to a desk phone via an EHS adapter. The Poly Lens App can be downloaded to personalize settings and use the headset’s sensors.
Product Usage Instructions
To charge your headset:
- Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the base of the headset.
- Connect the other end of the charging cable to a power source.
- The indicator light on the base will turn on to indicate that the headset is charging.
- The indicator light will turn off when the headset is fully charged.
To connect your headset to a mobile device via Bluetooth:
- Ensure that your mobile device’s Bluetooth is turned on.
- Press and hold Button 2 on the base of the headset until the indicator light begins flashing.
- On your mobile device, search for available Bluetooth devices and select “Poly Voyager Focus 2 Office.”
- If prompted, enter the passcode “0000” to pair your headset with your mobile device.
- The indicator light on the base will turn solid blue to indicate that the headset is connected to your mobile device.
To make calls using your desk phone:
- Ensure that your desk phone is connected to the base of the headset via an EHS adapter.
- Press Button 3 on the base of the headset to answer incoming calls.
- To end a call, press Button 3 again.
To use the Poly Lens App:
- Download the Poly Lens App from your app store.
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to personalize your settings and use the headset’s sensors.
