General safety rules
Please rcad it carefully before use and keep it after reading:
Safety precautions must be strictly observed when using to prevent
fire,electric shock, personal injury and other accidents.
- Keep the workplace clean: disorganized can easily lead to accidents.
- Pay attention to the workplace environment: electric tools should not be allowed to be exposed to the wind and rain.Do not work in wet and dark places, and do not work in places where flammable liquids and gases are stored.
- Beware of electric shock: when using electric tools, please do not let your body touch the grounding objects (such as pipes, heating, refrigerator, etc.).
- Keep away from outsiders/children: keep children away from the workplace. Visitors who have nothing to do with their work must keep a safe distance.
- Keep the tools properly; the unused electric tools should be stored in a dry and high place beyond children’s reach, and lock them when convenient.
- Don’t force the use of tools: operate according to the speed or load calibrated on the tol, which is etter and safcr.
- Proper use of tools: do not use small 0ols or accessries to do heavy work.
- Dress properly:Do not wear fancy clothes and jewelry at work and avoid getting involved in the tools.When working outdoors, it is best to wear rubber gloves and non-slip rubber shoes.Some people with long hair should wear work caps.
- Wear goggles: if there is much dust and slg during operation, please ue eye protection glasses.
- Protect the cable: do not take the cable to lift the electric tool,or pull the cable to pull out the plug from the power supply.Cables should be kept away from heat sources and oil and avoid contact withsharp objects.
- Fix the workpiece: before operation, clamp the workpiece with a clamp or bench vice, which is safer than using hands. At the same time,both hands can concentrate on operating tools.
- Steadiness and steadiness; stand steadily when standing,and pay attention to keep the balance of body posture.
- Proper maintenance of toos:keep the tools clean and sharp to give full play to their performance. The accessories should be lubricated and replaced in time according to the instruction manual. Check the cable and extension cable regularly and replace it immediately if it is damaged.The tool handle should be kept clean, dry and free from oil stain.
- Cut off the power supply in time: before resting or replacing accessories(saw blade,drll bit, etc,),develop the habit of cutting off the power suply in time.
- Remove the wrench: the adjustment key or wrench must be removed before starting the machine.
- Beware of false starting; when moving the tool plugged in the power supply,do not put your finger on the on key;the power switch must be set to “off” before connecting the power supply.
- Outdoor extension cable: for outdoor operation, the extension cable with external specification shll beused.
- Kep alert: keep a clear mind when working and do not operate electric tools when tired.
- Check the damaged parts and accessories: before continuing to use the electric tools, carefully check whether the parts, accessories and protective equipment are damaged, so as to determine whether they are competent for the work again. Check whether the running parts are abnormal and other conditions affecting the operation. Unless otherwise specified in the operation manual, the damaged parts should be replaced in the service center. If the power switch fails,please send it for repair immediately.
- Warning: the use of non genuine accessories may cause tool damage and even personal injury. Power supply voltage: itshould be noted that the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage on the tool name plate(45%).When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the tool, personal accident may occur and the tool may be damaged. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the tool,the motor will be damaged.

Special safety rules for polishing machine
The following is a list of safety precautions when using the polishing
machine,which must be strictly observed. Failure to do so may damage the tool
or the body.
- Before operation, check whether the rubber disc is cracked or damaged. If there is crack odamage， replace it with a new one.
- Check whether it is fastened firmly before operation.
- Hold the tool with both hands and always hold the auxiliary handle.
- Keep your body away from the rotating part during use.
- Make sure whether it is in contact with the workpiece before use.
- The tools should not be in working state at ordinary times.Only when the tools are in hand can the tools be in working state.
- Do not touch the processed parts immediately after operation,otherwise your skin may be scalded
- All luminum polishing machine is an industrial tool,and its socket must have good grounding wire, otherwise it is not allowed to operate. The operator must wear insulating rubber shoes and insulating gloves to ensure personal safety.
- If using extension cable, please use double insulated cable with the same specification as this tool.
Operating instructions
Install the polishing machine wheel,fasten the rubber disc to the output shaft
with upper and lower pressing plates, wrap the rubber disc with wool
cover,tighten and knot,and firmly retract the surplus wire into the wool cover
to prevent flying out during polishing. When working, apply a small amount of
polishing oil or waxing oil on the surface of the object,and then polish it.
Auxiliary side handle for safe and convenient operation,please use the
auxiliary handle. The auxiliary handle can be installed in both directions.

Operation of the switch.
Remember: before the plug is inserted into the power supply, it is necessary to check that the switch lock button is in the released state and the switch trigger can be reset freely.Open and close pull the trigger,tool start; fully release the trigger, the tool is in the shutdown state. If it is necessary to lock the switch,press the self-locking button while pulling up the reverse machine,the tool will run continuously, and then the pulling mechanism will be completely released to make the tool in the closed state. -
Effective and safe operation method remember∶
when putting the tool on the working floor please turn off the power supply and stop the polishing wheel completely. Hold the tool tightly turn on the tool switch, and then apply the polishing wheel to the working face. Generally , the polishing wheel should keep a 15 degree angle with the surface of the workpiece. Only a ittle force can be used.If the tool is placed on the working floor, the working quality will be affectec and the polishing wheel will be worn prematurely. -
Maintenance and inspection
Remember: before maintenance and inspection, be sure to turi off the power supply and pull out the power plug.
Remove the scraps, oil and other bad attachments of the tools regularly, keep the tools clean, and check whether the screws at the connecting parts are loose and the shell is free of cracks and defects. The insulation layer of power ine shall be checked regularly to ensure no damage.Always check the lubrication part of the bearing and replace it frequently.Always check the electric brush replace the electric brush in time.
When the brush is worn to the point that it will not be used, it must be replaced in time(the second protection brush should be replaced at the same time). otherwise, the
bad contact between the brush and the commutator will cause ring fire, and the commutator will be burnt out in serious cases. -
