1. Introduction of device function interface.
   After turning on the device, enter the main interface and swipe up, down, left and right to enter the corresponding menu.
   

2. Click the multi-function touch button in the main interface state to enter the sub-menu, and then double-click to switch the menu style,. there are 3 styles to choose from.
   

3. **Software download, install APP:

Android phones can scan the QR code or search for “FitCoudPro” in various application markets to download and install.
Apple phones can scan the QR code or search ” FitCloudPro” in the APP Store to download and install.

4. Bluetooth connection between watch and cell phone
   1) Watch Bluetooth open mode: the watch will automatically open by default, and ensure that the phone Bluetooth is open.
   2) Open the cell phone APP “FitCloudPro”, “ Add Device” under the interface
   of “Device”, and search for the device model ” BASIX-GTS” and click to
   connect. After successful connection, the device model ” BASIX-GTS (connected)” will be displayed under “Devices” in the APP (refer to FR 1, 2, 3).

5. Headset and cell phone Bluetooth connection (refer to FR 4)
   1) First take the headset out of the watch, the Bluetooth of the headset will be automatically turned on.
   2) Next, open the phone, settings option, open Bluetooth, the phone Bluetooth will automatically search for nearby Bluetooth devices, and then find the Bluetooth name of the watch “GTS Audio” in the available devices below, click to pair, complete the connection between the headset and the phone.
   
   
   

6. Watch, headset connection and pairing notes
   1) Ensure that the cell phone Bluetooth is on.
   2)Make sure the device is fully charged, please turn it on or charge it before use.
   3)Make sure the device is within 50cm from the phone when pairing and connecting.
   4) If the device is not searched in the APP, please check if “FitCloudPro” is allowed to use Bluetooth in the phone permission settings.
   5) Make sure the headset is removed from the watch base when pairing.
   6) If you have paired your watch or phone with another Bluetooth device, you need to reconnect.
   7) If you have more than one BASIX-GTS watch, when you connect the watch Bluetooth in APP, please pay attention to whether the watch Bluetooth ID address in APP is the same as the watch.

Headset UI operating instructions

1. Tap the touch button 4 times before pairing: English and Chinese tones switch;
2. Long press 2 seconds to turn on the phone, long 1.5 seconds to reject the call, long press 3 seconds to turn off the phone;
3. Tap the touch button 2 times to answer/hang up the phone;
4. Tap the touch button 4 times to wake up SIRI;
5. Tap the touch button 2 times:play/pause.
6. Tap the touch button 3 times: the previous song; three touches of the right headset touch button: the next song.
7. Headset restore factory settings: phone disconnected from the headset, headset out of the watch, tap the touch button 2 times and long press the headset for 5 seconds. (If both headsets can not be paired, you can restore the factory settings for re-pairing

When there is an incoming call, the device will vibrate and have a display reminder, long press the touch area for 3 seconds to reject the call directly, or long press the headset touch button for 3 seconds to reject the call.
c. Voice assistant and make calls
The voice assistant of the phone can be activated by tapping the touch button 4 times, which can be operated by the voice assistant to dial out the phone, etc.
The success rate of command execution after activating the voice assistant is related to the degree of intelligence of the phone’s voice assistant itself.
When activating the voice assistant, you must ensure that the headset leaves the watch base and is effectively connected to the phone’s Bluetooth.

Watch UI operation instructions

*Note: To make sure the data is valid, please enter your real gender, age, height and weight in the profile of APP.
A. Power on/off
When the device is off, press and hold the multi-function button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. When the device is on, press and hold 3 seconds to enter the shutdown option.
B. Exercise monitoring
Enter the sports monitoring interface, displaying the current step count, distance and calories consumed.
C. Sleep monitoring
Enter the sleep monitoring interface, displaying the total sleep time last night.
D. Heart rate/ blood pressure/oxygen test Switch to the heart rate/ blood press1Ure/oxygen test interface, the LED light on the back of the watch will light up and the heart rate/ blood pressure/oxygen test will start, 1-2 minutes later the current heart rate/blood pressure/oxygen value will be displayed, click the touch area to exit the current test. You can also use the cell phone APP to test the heart rate/ blood pressure/oxygen single item or all items at the same time, synchronize the test data, set the whole point of heart rate measurement, and turn on the heart rate alarm switch.

Blood pressure test method: Please keep your body relaxed and still during the test, make sure the watch is at the same height as your heart (as shown on the right), and do not talk during the test.
*The data measured by this product is for reference only and cannot be used as medical diagnostic data. It is not the same concept as the blood pressure I trend and heart rate used for medical diagnosis, so please do not use it for diagnosis or treatment.
E. Find the watch
Simply click the smart watch finder function in the mobile app, you can easily and quickly identify the location by the vibration emitted by the watch.
F. Alarm Clock
You can set an alarm in the alarm setting interface of APP, and the device will remind you accordingly.
G. Message alert/ push
When there is a new message, the device will vibrate to remind and display the message content; the corresponding message displays the corresponding icon.
Note: Please turn on the APP reminder switch first; if you want to display the notification content, you also need to set the corresponding instant tool to display the message content.
H. Remote control photo-taking
Enter the “Shake to take pictures” interface through APP, press the middle touch button or shake the watch quickly to take pictures remotely.

Notes on the use of the watch:

1. It is forbidden to use an adapter with charging voltage >SV and charging current >2A for the watch.
2. It is forbidden to charge the watch with water damage.
3. This product is an electronic monitoring product, not as a medical reference, the data is for reference only.
4. Wearing the headset during strenuous exercise may cause damage or loss of the product when it falls off during exercise.
5. photoelectric sensor is a highly sensitive components, be careful of hard objects bruising. Wearing a period of time may have sweat, dust attached to the surface available soft cloth to clean regularly.
6. To ensure driving safety, please do not make phone calls while driving. If you need to use the headset to answer incoming calls, please make sure to take out the headset from the watch base and put it on before driving, do not do this operation during driving.
7. Please ignore the connection with the car Bluetooth in the Bluetooth setting of the cell phone first.

FAQ

Q: Why is the heart rate (sleep) test not accurate?****

A: First of all, the watch device is to monitor human activities through electronic sensors, which is a consumer grade product, it is normal to have some error, please treat the data objectively.

Q:Where to set APP permission?****

A: Android phone – Settings – Permission Management – Find “FitCloudPro” app – Trust this software.
– If your phone has installed security management or cleaning and acceleration applications, please set “FitCloudPro” as a whitelist (trust list).
– In the permission management program of your phone system, please set “FitCloudPro” as a trusted application, as the caller ID and other functions need to get permission to achieve the function.

Q: There is a reminder on the device for incoming calls, but I can’t hear the sound in the headset after I connect it?****

A: There will be a delay on the Bluetooth headset when the call comes in, you can answer it after a few rings. If the call is connected through the phone, please check on the phone whether the voice channel is the phone or the headset, if the phone is switched to the headset, the default follows the principle of answering from which device is connected on which device.

Q: I am wearing a headset, but I can’t hear the ringtone when I call?****

A: Please make sure the headset and the phone are within the effective Bluetooth connection distance, if the phone is connected to many Bluetooth devices, please clear the invalid connection in the Bluetooth settings of the phone.
