P AP TEAM 185 Moster Powered Paragliders
Product Information Vittorazi Moster 185
The Vittorazi Moster 185 is a paramotor engine that requires assembly of the exhaust on the engine before use. The exhaust comes dismounted from the engine for packaging purposes. The package includes the necessary tools such as a spring hook and a flat-wrench of 1 mm. The engine requires proper carburetor adjustments before use. The product warranty is voided if there is any wrong carburetor setting or breakage of the H sea.
Product Usage Instructions
Assembly of the Exhaust on the Engine
- Unwrap the protective cover from the exhaust and remove the nuts and washer.
- Put the three nuts with the washer, and then tighten them after putting the springs in crosswise.
- Use the spring hook to put the springs and make sure that all engine parts are assembled properly.
Starting the Engine
- Prime the fuel system by pushing in the fuel line valve on the carburetor and squeezing the priming bulb until fuel reaches the carburetor.
- Squeeze the priming bulb to get a small amount of fuel into the carburetor.

How to Carburete Your Moster
Before starting, make sure that the carburetor is adjusted properly based on the humidity and temperature of your country. The following steps will help you to adjust the carburetor:
- Throttle ever
- Fuel inlet
- Fuel line valve
- High-speed screw
- Low-speed screw
- Throttle adjustment
The idle RPM should be set at 2-2.2 RPM, and the fuel mixture should be MOTUL 8/71 oil with 2% oil for -15 and 1.5% oil for +15. A second check of the carburetion can be made by verifying the color of the spark plug electrode.
ASSEMBLY OF THE EXHAUST ON THE ENGINE
To optimize packaging space you will find the exhaust dismounted from the engine. Follow this steps to mount it and have your engine ready to fly.
TOOLS NEEDED
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- First unwrap the protective cover from the exhaust. Then remove the nuts and the washer. Last, fit it in the silentblocks and the exhaust flange. Make sure the exhaust fits gently without forcing it. Please contact us or your dealer if you are not sure.
- Put the 3 nuts with the washer (you might find that not all nuts will have a washer, this is done on purpose by Vittorazi). Once the springs are in, you can now tighten the nuts.
- You will now use the spring hook, which is shipped with the paramotor, to put the springs. Put the paramotor in a stable surface, grab the exhaust with one hand and use the other to put the springs crosswise.
WARNING : Check that all the engine parts are well assembled after you have finished asembling the exhaust.
STARTING OF THE ENGINE
We start all PAP engines at our PAP factory with the propeller that you have on the box. Even after checking that all works well, you might have to regulate the carburetor based on the humidity and temperature of your country.
