Jabra Speak2 75

The Jabra Speak2 75 is a high-quality speakerphone designed for use in conference rooms, offices, and other professional settings. It can be connected to devices with or without a Bluetooth adapter and comes with a range of controls and LEDs for easy operation.

Connecting

To connect the Jabra Speak2 75 with a Bluetooth adapter, simply turn on Bluetooth on your device and press the Bluetooth pairing button on the speakerphone for 3 seconds. The LED ring will flash blue to indicate that it is in pairing mode. Once connected, the LED ring will turn solid blue.

For devices without a Bluetooth adapter, simply plug in the USB cable provided to connect to your device.

Controls and LEDs

The Jabra Speak2 75 comes with a range of controls and LEDs for easy operation. These include:

• Play/pause music (customizable in app)
• Microsoft Teams control
• Answer call
• Bluetooth pairing (press 3 sec)
• Volume down
• Power on/off (press 2 sec)
• Microphone Quality Indicator & Status LED ring
• End/reject call
• Battery status
• Volume up
• Mute microphone (only visible during a call)

Usage Instructions

To use the Jabra Speak2 75, follow these instructions:

1. Connect the speakerphone to your device using Bluetooth or the USB cable provided.
2. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn the speakerphone on or off.
3. Press the Bluetooth pairing button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode and connect to a Bluetooth device.
4. Use the volume controls to adjust the volume as needed.
5. To play or pause music, press the play/pause button (customizable in app).
6. To answer or end a call, press the answer/end call button.
7. To mute the microphone during a call, press the mute button (only visible during a call).
8. Use the Microsoft Teams control button for Teams-specific functionality.
9. The Microphone Quality Indicator & Status LED ring will indicate the quality of your audio during a call. If the quality is poor, move closer to the speakerphone or speak louder and clearer.
