Getting Started
Charging the Speaker
Fully charge the speaker before first use. Connect one end of the USB-A to
C cable to the charging input port of the MQ-14 and the other end to a USB
charger or charging port to charge. LED indicator red during charging, green
after full charge.
Note
When the battery voltage is lower than (equal to) 10.5V, a low battery
alarm tone will appear, once at an interval of 15S, three times in a row, and
will automatically shut down after the third alarm.

Note
- Bluetooth & TWS mode: host/sub, on/off button, play/pause button, volume +/-, Bluetooth button, light button and other operations the same
- AUX mode: On/off button, volume +/-, play/pause button and other operations are the same as those in Bluetooth and TWS mode.
Bluetooth Pairing
- When you turn on the speaker, it will automatically enter pairing mode
- Activate the pairing function on your phone and select “MUQI MQ-14”
Note
- If you want to use another device to connect to MUQI MQ-14, please short-press ①Bluetooth button to disconnect MUQI MQ-14 from the current device.
- When you turn the speaker on, it will automatically reconnect to the last-paired device or enter pairing mode if no paired device is found
- When the speaker is paused, or there is no Bluetooth connection, the speaker will automatically shut down after 10 minutes
- If the speaker or connected device exceeds the operating range, the speaker will disconnect. The connection to the last successfully connected device will be re-established once you re-enter the wireless range within 10 minutes. To connect to other devices, repeat the previous“pairing” steps.
AUX Audio Input
Connect the MUQI MQ-14 to your PC, laptop, or other devices with the audio
output port using the included 3.5mm audio cable.
Note
- The speaker will disconnect from your phone or other paired devices when an audio cable is plugged into the audio input jack. Short-press ③ power button to switch back to BT mode
- When playing audio using the audio input jack, press ⑤/②volume + / – to adjust the volume and short-press ⑥play/pause button to pause or resume. Next/previous track control on the speaker is disabled in audio input mode
- For some computers, you may need to access the audio control panel to manually set the speaker as the default audio device.
TWS Mode

First, connect one speaker to the phone successfully and leave the other speaker in the Bluetooth pending connection.

Press and hold ①Bluetooth button of the speaker in Bluetooth connection for 3 seconds to enter TWS grouping mode, the ④light button flashes quickly, and there is a group pairing tone. The speaker that initiates the
group pairing is the host. -
During the TWS pairing process, Press and hold ①Bluetooth button for 3 seconds to cancel the TWS pairing. If the TWS pairing exceeds 60 seconds and the TWS pairing is not successful, it will automatically return to
the normal BT mode. -
After the TWS pairing is successful, one of the LED lights of the two speakers is always on (this is the sub) and the other is flashing (this is the host). After successful pairing, short press ①Bluetooth button of the host/sub to

Disconnect the Bluetooth connection (the TWS connection will not be disconnected); long press the Bluetooth button of the host/sub for 3 seconds to disconnect the TWS connection (the Bluetooth connection will not be disconnected).

In TWS mode, when the speaker is turned on and off normally, the TWS can be reconnected. Long press ①Bluetooth button to actively disconnect the TWS, and then the TWS will not be reconnected after turning it off and on.

FAQ
The TWS pairing is unsuccessful?
Please check if the phone is connected to the Bluetooth of the two speakers at
the same time. If yes, disconnect any of the speakers BT from the
phone. The phone connects into TWS pairing mode.If no, press and hold
one of the speakers ①Bluetooth button 3S to enter TWS pairing mode.
From TWS mode to AUX mode?
Use the audio cable to connect the host speaker to the desired device.
Short press ③Power button to switch back to Bluetooth mode.
