WIRELESS CHARGER
Specifications:
Input: DC5V/2A,DC9V/2A,DC12V/3A
Charging efficiency: ≥ 75%
Directions for use:
- Insert one end of USB charging cable into power adaptor.
- Insert the another end of USB cable into the the wireless charger USB port.
- Place your phone on the wireless charger.
- Make sure use QC3.0 adapter or 9V 2A adapter.
- Make sure use QC3.0 adapter or 9V 2A adapter.
Common troubleshooting
The indicator is off
- Please change a power cable try again
- Please change the AC Adapter (12V 3A or QC3.0 9V 2A adapter)
When the indicator flashes, but phone can’t charge
- Please check whether your phone supports qiwireless charging wireless charging
- Please remove the phone case
- Put the phone in the center of the wireless charger
- Please adjust the orientation of the phone, horizontal and vertical
- Please take off the phone, restart the device and put the phone incharger center
- Please try to replace the 9V/2A or QC3.0 AC adapter.
- Please try to replace the 9V/2A or QC3.0 AC adapter.
Phone charging intermittently
- Please remove the phone case.
- Put the phone in the center of the wireless charger
- Please try to replace the 9V/2A or QC3.0 AC adapter.
