RUIKE products. Please be sure that, tools that may cause your injury should
be all closed or off before you use another. Despite that we guarantees a life
time against any defects in material and workmanship, please keep proper care
to sustain the optimized usage condition. If the knives or tools have
resistance on opening and closing, please proceed the following steps for the
proper care: Immerse the product in hot water, then open, close and repeat for
several times; Dry the product (with an air blower); Fill lubricant oil on
proper Phat replacing or adjusting parts including screws by oneself is not
suggested. Please remain in factory status.
Policies After Sale
- 15 Days Replacement Policy: Within 15 days started from purchase, you could have replacement or free repair only if products) come with problems in defective reasons under normal usage. For replacement of discontinued or unavailable products, we will provide equal or greater valued RUIKE products.
- 5-year free repair policy: We provide free repair service for all RUIKE products purchased within 5 years (2 years for electronic components) only under the condition of defective found during normal usage. Accessories, covers and damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse are not covered by this policy.
- Life-time Repair: We provide paid repair service for RUIKE products purchased within more than 5 years. Price for repair is mainly based on cost of usage or replacement in materials. No additional labor fee will be charged. (4). Warranty certificate: Please contact dealers for service after sale. RUIKE does not provide service directly to individual customer. A quality guaranty, an invoice or a receipt is required for service.
