Wearing Instructions

  1. Make the headset vibrator facing down, and pick up the headphones, from the back of the neck to wear.

  2. The headset vibrator hangs to both sides of the ear, makes it fits the temporal bone, then adjusts the comfortable wearing angle.

Sound Quality Enhancers

  1. According to your own situation, choose the right size among the three pairs of sound quality enhancers.

  2. “L” corresponds to the left ear, *R” corresponds to the right ear.

  3. As shown in the picture, the logo side facing outward, wears to the ear.

  1. Place one end of the elastic band under the neck ring of the headset;
  2. Pass the semicircular sphere at the top of the elastic band through the middle ring;
  3. The other side repeats the above operation;
  4. Wear the headset then push the elastic band back and forth to adjust.

Bluetooth Connection

  1. Long press the headset volume + button (about 3 seconds)  until the indicator light is on and the headset enters the pairing state.
  2. urn on your phone’s Bluetooth, click to search for Bluetooth devices, find “Runner Neo” and click to connect.
  3. After successful connection, the headset voice prompt is “Connected”.
  • Press and hold the volume + button for 3 seconds to turn on the headphones

  • Open your phone’s Bluetooth

  • Search the Runner Neo, then click to connect

Charging

  1. Connect the wireless charging base to the charging head and turn on the power, the base indicator light is always on, and it takes about 2 hours to be fully charged.
  2. During the wireless charging process, there may be heating, which is a normal situation of wireless charging.

ATTENTION

  1. The side of the headset with the microphone hole and charging base adsorption can be charged normally (indicator light facing outward). To avoid causing a short circuit, please do not force the other side of the headset and the base to fit contact.
