How to Use Epoxy UNO

  1. Prepare Your Work Area and the Surface:
    a. If you are using Epoxy UNO for the first time, we always recommend reading the backward instructions of the package.

  2. Prepare your work area:
    a. It is recommended to use Epoxy UNO in a comfortable working table. Gather the application kit*.

  3. Prepare de surface:
    a. To improve adhesion, use the sandpaper to sand the surface before applying Epoxy UNO.

  4. Mixing Epoxy UNO:
    a. Open Part A and Part B jars, with one of the wood paddles included, scoop some product into a surface you will mix Epoxy UNO, we suggest opening entirely the package of Epoxy UNO, so we do not waste anything, now scoop with the other wood paddle the same exact amount of Part B as Part A, we recommend eyeballing both products containing.
    b. With ether paddles, mix the product in a 1:1 mixing ratio for about 2 minutes or until the mix homogeneous.

  5. Apply Epoxy UNO:
    a. After mixing is completed and you see a homogeneous paste, apply Epoxy UNO within 4 minutes. The epoxy mixture will continue to thicken, and the bond strength will decrease the longer you wait to apply.

  6. Clamping (Just a suggestion):
    a. To reach maximum bond strength, we suggest clamping the project if possible and leave undisturbed. If not, just leave undisturbed for 30 minutes.

Important Cure Times

Set: 15 Minutes to apply and position.
Handling: Allow to cure for 40 minutes.
Final Cure: Allow 24 hours for a complete curing of the product. After this it would have develop its chemical reaction.
If any product remained, we suggest closing the jars and storage in a dry room. It will not cure if part A and part B have not been in contact.
