All other tcrms, conditions, and limitations in the Limited Warranty apply. including the limitation on implied warranties (where permitted by law). If there is a conflict between this Addendum and the Limited Warranty, the provisions of this Addendum will control and the Limited Warranty will be construed accordingly.
