Prior to using the Hover Camera X1, it is important to conduct a pre-flight
inspection to ensure that the product and its components are fully
operational. This includes ensuring that the product is fully charged, all
components are properly installed, and the firmware and app are up-to-date.
Operating the Hover Camera X1
When operating the Hover Camera X1, it is important to follow all safety
guidelines provided in the user manual. Users should not operate the product
under the influence of drugs or alcohol, use it to throw dangerous objects
towards buildings or people, or use it after experiencing a serious flight
accident or abnormal flight conditions. Additionally, users should respect
others’ privacy and comply with all local laws and regulations related to
drones.
Storage and Transportation
The Hover Camera X1 should be stored and transported with care to prevent
damage to the product. It is recommended to use the original packaging and
accessories when transporting the product.

It is not a toy. Anyone who may be unsafe when operating Hover Camera X1 should not use this product. This group of people includes but is not limited to:
- Children at or under the age of 14; teenagers above the age of 14 and below the age of 18 must be accompanied by parents or professionals to operate Hover Camera X1;
- People under the influence of alcohol, or medication, who have dizziness, or are in a poor physical or mental state;
- People in conditions that make them unable to safely operate Hover Camera X1;
- In scenarios where the above group of people is present, user must operate Hover Camera X1 carefully. Operate with caution in risky scenarios, e.g. crowd of perple, city buildings, low-flying heights, and near-water locations. You should read the entire contents of this document, and operate Hover Camera X1 only after being familiar with the features of the product. Failure to operate this product properly may result in property damage, safety hazards, and personal injury. By using this product, you are deemed to have understood, endorsed and accepted all the terms and contents of this document.

Safety Instructions
Flight Environment
Hover Camera X1 should be flown in a normal flight environment. Flight
environment requirement includes but is not limited to:

Hover Camera X1 adopts a downward vision positioning system, please be aware that:

Make sure Hover Camera X1 does not fly lower than 0.5m or higher than 10m above ground.

Do not fly at night. When the ground is too dark, vision positioning system
may not work well. -
The vision positioning system may fail if the ground texture is not clear. This includes large area of pure color ground, water surface or transparent area, strong reflection areas, areas with drastically changing light conditions, moving objects below Hover Camera X1, etc. Make sure the downward vision sensors are clean. Do not block sensors. Do not fly in dust/mist environments. Do not fly when there is large height variance(e.g., flying out of the window on high floors)

Do not fly in severe weather conditions including windy (wind exceeding 5.4m/s), rain, snow, lightning and fog;

Do not fly when the environment temperature is below 0°C or above 40°C.

Do not fly in restricted zones. Please refer to“Flight Regulations and Restrictions”for details;

Do not fly over 2000 meters above sea level;

Fly with caution in solid particle environments including deserts and beaches. It could result in solid particles entering Hover Camera X1 and cause damage.
Wireless Communication
When using wireless functions, make sure that wireless communication is
working properly before flying Hover Camera X1 Be aware of the following
limitations:
- Be sure to operate the Hover Camera X1 in an open space.
- It is forbidden to fly near sources of electromagnetic interference. Electromagnetic interference sources include but are not limited to: Wi-Fi hotspots, Bluetooth devices, high voltage power lines, high voltage power stations, mobile phone base stations and television broadcast signal towers. If the flight location is not selected in accordance with the above provisions, Hover Camera X1 wireless transmission performance will likely be affected by interference. If the interference is too large, Hover Camera X1 will not work normally.
Pre-flight Inspection
Before using Hover Camera X1 you should make sure that you fully understand Hover Camera X1, its peripheral components and anything involved with Hover Camera X1 Pre-flight inspection should include but is not limited to:
- Ensure Hover Camera X1 is fully charged;
- Ensure that Hover Camera X1 and its components are installed and work properly, including but not limited to: prop guard, batteries, gimbal, propellers, and any other flight-related components;
- Ensure the firmware and App have been updated to the latest version;
- Ensure that you have read and understood the User Manual, Quick Guide and related documents and are familiar with operations of the product.
Operating Hover Camera X1
Make sure that Hover Camera X1 is properly operated and always pay attention
to flight safety. Any consequences such as malfunctions, property damage, etc.
due to user’s incorrect operation, will be borne by the user. The correct
methods of operating Hover Camera X1 include but are not limited to:
- Do not approach the propellers and motors when they are working;
- Please ensure that Hover Camera X1 is flying in an environment suitable for vision positioning system. Avoid reflective areas such as flying over water surfaces or snowfields. Make sure Hover Camera X1 is flying in open environments with good light condition. Please refer to “Flight Environment” section for more details.
- When Hover Camera X1 is at auto flight modes, please make sure the environment is open and clean, and no any obsticles that may block flight path. Please pay attention to surroundings and stop flight before anything dangerous happens.
- Please make sure Hover Camera X1 is at good status and charged up before taking any valuable videos or photos. Make sure to shutdown Hover Camera X1 correctly, otherwise media files may be damaged or lost. ZeroZeroTech is not responsible for media file loss.
- Please do not apply external force to the gimbal or block the gimbal.
- Use official parts provided by ZeroZeroTech for Hover Camera X1. Any consequences caused by using non-official parts will be your sole responsibility.
- Do not disassemble or modify Hover Camera X1. Any consequences caused by disassembling or modification will be your sole responsibility.
Other Safety Issues
- Do not operate this product in poor physical or mental conditions such as under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drug anesthesia, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, etc.
- Do not use Hover Camera X1 to throw or launch any dangerous object towards buildings, people or animals.
- Do not use a Hover Camera X1. which has experienced serious flight accidents or abnormal flight conditions.
- When using Hover Camera X1 be sure to respect others’ privacy. It is forbidden to use Hover Camera X1 to conduct any violations of the rights of others.
- Ensure that you understand the local laws and regulations related to drones. It is forbidden to use Hover Camera X1 to conduct any illegal and improper behaviors, including but not limited to espionage, military operations and other illegal work.
- Do not stick finger or any other objects into Hover Camera X1 protection frameAny consequences caused by sticking into the protection frame will be your sole responsibility.
Storage and Transportation
Product Storage
- Place Hover Camera X1 in a protective case, and do not squeeze or expose Hover Camera X1 to sunlight.
- Never allow the drone to come in contact with liquids or be immersed in water. If the drone gets wet, please wipe it dry promptly. Never turn on the drone immediately after it has fallen into the water, otherwise, it will cause permanent damage to the drone.
- When Hover Camera X1 is not in use, make sure the battery is stored in an appropriate environment. Recommended battery storage temperature range: Short-term storage (not more than three months): -10 ° C ~ 30 ° C ; Long-term storage (more than three months): 25 ± 3 °C .
- Check battery health with the App. Please replace the battery after 300 charge cycles. For more details of battery maintenance, please read the “Intelligent Battery Safety Instructions”.
Product Transportation
- Temperature range when transporting batteries : 23 ± 5 °C.
- Please check the airport regulations when carrying the batteries on board, and do not transport batteries that are damaged or have other abnormalities. For more information of batteries, please read “Intelligent Battery Safety Instructions”.

Flight Regulations
- It is forbidden to operate Hover Camera X1 in the no-fly zones and sensitive areas prohibited by laws and regulations.
- It is forbidden to operate Hover Camera X1 in densely populated areas. Always be vigilant and avoid other Hover Camera X1. If necessary, please land Hover Camera X1 immediately.
- Ensure that the drone is flying within sight, if necessary, arrange observers to help you monitor the position of the drone.
- It is forbidden to use Hover Camera X1 to transport or carry any illegal dangerous objects.
- Make sure you have understood the type of flight activity and obtained the necessary flight permits from the relevant local flight department. It is forbidden to use Hover Camera X1 to conduct unauthorized flight activities and any illegal flight behavior that violate the rights of other people.
Flight Restrictions
- You need to use Hover Camera X1 safely in compliance with local laws and regulations. It is highly recommended that you download and install the latest version of the firmware from official channels.
- Flight restricted areas include but are not limited to: the world’s major airports, major cities/regions, and temporary event areas. Please consult your local flight management department before flying Hover Camera X1 and follow local laws and regulations.
- Please always pay attention to the surroundings of the drone and stay away from any obstacles that may hinder flight. These include but are not limited to buildings, roofs and woods.

However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal

This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. In order to avoid the possibility of exceeding the FCC radio frequency exposure limits, human proximity to the antenna shall not be less than 20cm (8 inches) during normal operation.
