Product Usage Instructions

  1. Privacy of Microphone: To ensure privacy, disable the microphone when not in use. This can be done by accessing the settings on your laptop and disabling the microphone from there.
  2. Camera: The built-in camera can be used for video calls or taking pictures. To access the camera, open the camera application on your laptop and follow the instructions provided.
  3. Expansion Card: To expand the storage capacity of your laptop, insert an expansion card into the designated slot. Make sure to follow the instructions provided with the expansion card to properly install it.
  4. Fasteners: To access the inside of the laptop, use the five fasteners provided with the product. Follow the instructions provided with the product to properly remove and replace the fasteners.

Operating Guide: Temperature, Storage, Use, and Repairs Operate and store the Framework™ Laptop Chromebook Edition in a place where the temperature is between 5C -35C (41F – 95F) (operating) -25C- 45C (-13F – 113F) (storage).

Do not use the Framework™ Laptop Chromebook Edition on your lap or exposed skin for long periods of time. Excessive temperature over time can result in heat-related injuries.
