Turn On The Headphones:
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and blue, it will prompt “Power On”and “Bluetooth mode”.

Turn Off The Headphones:
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds or until the LED indicator light turns red, and it will prompt “Power Off”.

Pairing

  1. Start with X14 turned off.

  2. Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator light flashes red and blue.
    It will prompt “Power on” and “Bluetooth mode.

  3. Open your first device’ s Bluetooth settings and select “X14”. It will prompt “Connected”.

Wearing Instructions

Take the headphones and turn it behind the base of the neck. Put the ear hook on your ears. After that, please enjoy music.
Accessories-Earplugs
Roll earplugs firmly between fingers and place in ears.
Use with headphones in environments where it is safe to block out ambient noise, such as on a train or airplane.

Click the power button once

Skip To Next Song
Quick double-click volume + button while music is playing

Skip To Previous Song
Quick double-click volume- button while music is playing

Answer a Call
Click the power button once while a call is coming in

End a Call
Click the power button once while on a call

Reject a Call
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds while a call is coming in

Game Mode/Music Mode
Quick quadruple-click volume + button

Activate Voice Assistant
Press and hole the volume + button for 2 seconds

Reset Headphones
Press and hold the Volume – button until it prompts “Power on” and “Bluetooth mode”

Charging

When the battery of the headphones is low, there will be a voice prompt “Dudu”, and the mobile phone will have a red box prompt.
Use the charging cable to charge.
The LED indicator turns red while charging and the headphones automatically turn off. When charging is complete, the LED indicator changes from red to blue.

Notes On Calls

Music volume and call volume are different audio channels. While answering a call, if there is no sound from the headphones, please check the audio channel, if X14 is not  selected, please select X14 and then turn up the volume.

| Avoid throwing the device or hard impact to it.
| Always keep it out of the reach of infants and children as they may accidentally wrap the headphone cord around their neck or swallow the earpiece and cause suffocation.
Note

| Please use and store the device in a dry and dust-free environment.
| When using this product, do not turn up the volume too much.
Long-term use at high volume may adversely affect hearing.
To avoid the impact of an initial very high volume, switch the volume to low and gradually increase the volume to adjust as needed.

Storage and Maintenance

  • Store the headphones in a cool, dry place.

  • The working temperature should be 0 to 45°C (32 to 113°F). Working in a cold/hot environment a highly humid area, or an extremely low air pressure may reduce the  battery life.

  • Keeping the product away from heat sources, direct sunlight, combustible gas or other liquids.

  • Keeping the charging port dry before connecting to the charger will reduce the risk of damage.

  • These headphones are water -resistant, but are not waterproof. Please do not submerse the headphones in water.

  • Clean the headphones with a soft dry cloth.

  • Do not charge right after exercising. In case there’ s sweat inside the charging port, which could lead to circuit burning while charging.

  • After storage for a long period, please charge the headphones before using again.
