Littmann CORE Stethoscope

The Littmann CORE Stethoscope is a digital stethoscope that comes with active noise cancelling to remove ambient noise from the surrounding environment. This stethoscope has telemedicine and AI features that require a software subscription (where available, sold separately). It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge and has 7 volume steps. The stethoscope can be turned on and off with the power toggle button and can be used as an unamplified stethoscope when turned off. The CORE Stethoscope comes with eartips that need to be inserted in a forward direction for usage.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Charge the Littmann CORE stethoscope prior to first use. After it is charged, your stethoscope is ready to use.

2. Insert eartips in a forward direction.

3. To turn the CORE stethoscope on, press the power toggle button in. The light will begin flashing. You will now hear amplified and filtered sound in the eartips. To turn it off, press the power toggle button again.

4. Use the (+) and (-) buttons to adjust volume. There are 7 volume steps.

5. The CORE stethoscope includes active noise cancelling to remove ambient noise from the surrounding environment. Active noise cancelling can be turned off or on through the Eko App.

6. When connected to the Eko App, press the (o) button to begin
   recording.

7. Connect the micro USB cable to the CORE Stethoscope and use a UL-certified or CE-marked 5V USB wall charger. The CORE stethoscope will take about 2 hours to fully charge. The light wil  turn green when it is fully charged.

Oiling Instructions

It is recommended to oil the product after each use with a few drops of air tool oil through the air inlet. Run the product for one second to coat all internal parts.

Usage

Before using the product, ensure that the regulator knob is set to the desired pressure. The maximum recommended pressure is 90 PSI. Once the pressure is set, connect the product to the air supply using the air inlet.

To start using the product, press and hold the trigger. The impact wrench will start rotating and can be used to tighten or loosen nuts and bolts. To stop the rotation, release the trigger.

If any part of the product requires replacement, refer to the part list in the user manual and replace the part as required.

Download the Eko App (where available) from the Apple App Store® or the Google Play Store® to access additional features of the Littmann CORE stethoscope including wireless listening, advanced sound and filtering control, automated cardiac disease detection (where available, may require additional subscription), as well as saving and sharing recordings.

Scan with your phone’s camera to download the Eko App.

Eartips
Insert eartips in a forward direction.

Volume
Use the (+) and (-) buttons to adjust volume. There are 7 volume steps.

Turn On and Off
When the CORE stethoscope is off, it functions as an unamplified stethoscope. To turn the CORE stethoscope on, press the power toggle in. The light will begin flashing. You will now hear amplified and filtered sound in the eartips.

Telemedicine and AI Features
Eko offers telemedicine and AI features that require a software subscription (where available, sold separately). You can setup a subscription online at ekohealth.com

Active Noise Cancelling
The CORE stethoscope includes active noise cancelling to remove ambient noise from the surrounding environment. Active noise cancelling can be turned off or on through the Eko App.

Charging
