Product Information
The XS1613 Mini Standard Premium Surface Mount / Recessed Aluminium Profile is a versatile product designed for a wide range of installation types. It has a depth of 13mm and comes with a Premium Opal Frosted Diffuser that creates perfect dot-free linear light when used with Halcyon HD 5W, 10W, 15W & 20W tape. The profile is perfect for use in hidden or direct line of sight applications and comes complete with smooth aluminium end caps that block all internal light for a truly professional installation.
The Premium extrusion comes complete with Aluminium end caps and Opal Frosted diffuser. Use XS1613 extrusion for flawless dot-free light compared to ultra- shallow extrusion. It is important to note that the Premium extrusion can be ordered in custom colours.
The product is available in two variations:
- Silver Mini Standard Premium Surface Mount / Recessed with Opal Frosted diffuser custom length. Supplied with 1x blank and 1x feed end cap as standard. If more end caps are needed, specify when ordering.
- Silver Mini Standard Premium Surface Mount / Recessed with Opal Frosted diffuser 2.5m kit with 2x blank, 2x feed end caps and 4x mounting clips.
The product also comes with accessories that include:

Product Usage Instructions
To use the XS1613 Mini Standard Premium Surface Mount / Recessed Aluminium Profile, please follow these instructions:
- Decide on the installation type you require (surface mount or recessed) and purchase the appropriate variation of the product.
- If you have purchased the custom length variation, specify the number of end caps you require when ordering.
- If you have purchased the 2.5m kit, ensure you have all components required for installation, including the mounting clips.
- Install the product according to your chosen installation method.
- Connect the Halcyon HD tape to the profile and switch on power to enjoy perfect dot-free linear light.
For a truly professional installation, ensure that you use the smooth aluminium end caps to block all internal light. The product can also be ordered in custom colours to match your desired colour scheme.
