SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before use, read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

Producer is not responsible for damages caused by inappropriate handling of the battery.

Keep the display clean and do not place any heavy objects on top of it.

Pay attention to warning messages and tones emitted by the device.

Do not short-circuit the terminals. Pay special attention to polarization while connecting the battery.
-
Do not flip or throw the battery.
-
Do not submerge the battery in water.
-
Do not store or charge the battery in flammable environment.
-
Do not puncture the battery.
-
To extend the battery life, do not connect it with other batteries. If you need more capacity, replace the battery with single one, with higher capacity. If however it is necessary to connect batteries, make sure to follow these rules:
• Maximum amount of connected 12 V batteries is 4 in series and 2 in parallel.
• Batteries have to be the same kind.
• Batteries have to have the same charge level.
• Do not mix old and new batteries. -
If the battery emits unpleasant odor, stop using it immediately.

If the battery acid gets into your eye, rinse it with water and go to a hospital.

Ambient temperature affects the battery capacity.
-
If the ambient temperature exceeds 25°C±5°C, the discharge capacity will slightly decrease.
-
Do not charge the battery if ambient temperature dropped below 0°C.
-
If the voltage of the 12 V battery drops below 13 V, it requires charging.
-
Voltage of the 12 V battery should not exceed 14,6 V.

Keep the battery away from children.

Discharge the battery completely before recycling it.
-
Check the voltage before connecting the battery.

To charge the battery use chargers with these parameters: 14,4 ~ 14,6 V

Before charging make sure to disconnect the battery first.
-
The day-recording function may be activated after 2 to 3 days from first power on.

Check the battery voltage and connection annually, every month.
LCD DISPLAY
-
Most of the time the display will work in power saving mode.
-
If the battery voltage exceeds correct voltage value, the display will show the “Maintain” message.
-
The battery works in four modes:
◦ Normal mode: press the button to switch between display modes. After 5 seconds the battery will switch to power saving mode.
◦ Power saving mode: the display will not show any messages. Press the button to wake it up.
◦ Reminder mode: the display flashes, to remind the user about a requires maintenance.
◦ Alarm mode: if the battery status is abnormal, the display will start flashing and the warning tone will be played for 5 minutes. If after this time the maintenance will not be conducted, the display will go to the reminder mode. This cycle will repeat every 4 hours for 48 hours. After this time the display will go to the reminder mode. To
exit the alarm mode, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. -

◦ Battery charge lever (shown in every mode).
◦ Working time (in days): this function may be activated after 2 to 3 days from first power on.

Battery level indicator:
◦ : 12,7 V ~ 13
◦ : 13 V ~ 13,2 V
◦ : 13,2 V ~ 15 V
◦ + „Maintain” message: <12,7
◦ + “Maintain” message + alarm tone: ≥15 V
APP
- Before first connection with the app make sure to charge the battery.
- Before launching the app, turn on the Bluetooth function.

Scan the QR code to download the app. Install the app for your system and launch it.

Log in or create new account.

Scan for nearby batteries in area. Check if the code matches the code on the battery.

After finished pairing the battery parameters screen will appear.
STORAGE
- If the battery will not be used in a long time, charge it to 30%~70% and place it in a dry and well ventilated place. Check the battery state every three months.
- Store the battery in 0~40°C with humidity <70%.
- Before transporting the battery, charge it to 30%~70%
These values may differ from actual ones, depending on conditions, wear level, etc.
