Safety and Precautions
- Ensure the inverter has the correct DC voltage for your battery bank.
- Keep away from the water. The water can’t drop or spill on the power inverter, do not touch the plug with wet hand. Position it in a cool, dry & well ventilated place.
- The inverter will become hot when it is working, do not place objects on the inverter that are susceptible to temperature and things that may affect the heat dissipation.
- Ensure that the device plug is well connected before you power on the inverter.
- Non-professionals shall not open the inverter.
- When cleaning the inverter, please use a dry cloth, don not use a wet cloth or detergent for cleaning.
- Minors are not allowed to use this product.
- Do not reverse the input.
How to choose a suitable power inverter?
Pure sine wave and modified sine wave
Inverter Comes in two types: Pure sine wave and modified sine wave. Pure
sine wave is high quality output harmonically follows a smooth sine wave and
electrical current similar to utility standards, less power consumption and
clean power delivery. Pure sine wave supports for more appliances, even the
sensitive loads. Modified sine wave is more affordable. It applies to a
limited list of devices such as light bulbs, heater and some very small power
tools. Normally only for resistive loads.
For resistive loads, you can choose pure sine wave inverter or modified sine wave inverter, and ensure the inverter’s rated power is a little higher the loads’ rated power.
Following are some examples for choosing inverter
load | Inverter |
---|---|
200W lamps | 300W Inverter |
800W heater | 1000W Inverter |
100W Fridge | 1000W pure sine wave inverter |
500W Pump | 1500W pure sine wave inverter |
850W Microwave | 2000W Pure sine wave inverter |
950W Coffee machine | 3000W Pure sine wave inverter |
1000W Air conditioner | 3000W Pure sine wave inverter |
NOTE: Please make sure your battery is big enough to provide sufficient power. Following is the formula to Calculate the battery’s working hours.
- Using time (Hours) = Battery capacity (Ah)/ Loads’ power / 0.88 / 0.92 /Battery voltage (V)

Installation
- Installation requirements
- For safe and optimum performance, install the inverter in a location that is: Dry . Do not expose to water drip or spray. Cool. It is better use the inverter in ambient temperatures between 0℃ to 40℃. Keep away from furnace, heating vents or other heat producing equipment. Well ventilated. Allow at least 5cm clearance above and on all sides of the unit for proper cooling. Clean and free of dust and dirt. This is especially important if the inverter is used in a work environment.
- Connect in series and parallel
- Connect in series will add the voltage.
- Connect in parallel won’t change the voltage.
- How to connect the inverter?
NOTE: If you want to use the inverter in a solar system, please note that
the inverter can’t be connected to a solar controller, it must be connected to
battery directly.
If you need longer cable, please ensure the cable is thick enough. Long and
thin cable will lower the input voltage.
When connecting, you need to
-
Make a visual inspection to ensure no visible damage has been caused by shipping before connecting. Then make sure that the inverter is switched Off.
-
Before connect the inverter to the battery, make sure that the battery’s voltage is consistent with the inverter’s reference voltage. Connect the red terminal of the inverter to the Positive pole (+) of battery, Connect the black terminal of the inverter to the Negative pole (-) of battery. Do not connect the inverter reversely, otherwise the inverter fuse will be burnt.
CAUTION: A reverse polarity connection (positive to negative) may damage the inverter. Damage caused by a reverse polarity connection is not covered under warranty. -
Tighten the nut on each DC terminal by hand until it is snug. If DC terminal is too big or too small, please use tools to tight up the screw.
-
Turn on the inverter’s power switch, if green indicator light is on, indicating that the inverter is working properly.
-
Please connect the loads to the AC output of the inverter, please do not overload. In the case of overloading, the inverter will send alarm signal and stop working. To restart the inverter, please switch OFF the inverter for 5 seconds, reduce the loads, then switch ON again.
Trouble shootings
-
When turn on the inverter, red LED light on and the inverter keep beeping.
First , we need to judge the trouble reason from the alarm mode of the inverter. -
beep repeat, means low input voltage;
-
beeps repeat, means high input voltage;
-
beeps repeat, means over heating;
-
Continuous beeping, means overload.
Solutions
If the DC input voltage is too low or too high, please check whether you
connect the right battery. 12V inverter needs 12V battery, 24V inverter needs
24V battery. If the battery is correct, please check whether the connection is
OK. Please don’t connect the inverter to a solar controller, please connect
the inverter to battery directly. If you use your own cable, please make sure
the cable is thick enough, too long and too thin cable will lower the input
voltage. Please check whether your battery is low power, if yes, please fully
charge your battery fist. Please check whether your battery is big enough, if
you are not sure, you can contact us for help.
- My loads is under the rated power of the inverter, why the inverter keep delivering overload signal?
- When using inductive loads, they may have very high starting current (2-10 times as the rated power). You need to ensure the inverter’s rated power is 2-10 times as the inductive loads’ rated power.
- Why I can’t use the remote controller turn on/off the inverter?
- Please note that the remote controller and the inverter’s main switch can’t be used at the same time. Please keep the inverter’s main switch “off” and try again. If the problem still can’t be solved, you can contact us via
email yuanyuepr@163.com. Please provide as more details as you know. Photos or videos will be very helpful for us to find out the problem.
- Please note that the remote controller and the inverter’s main switch can’t be used at the same time. Please keep the inverter’s main switch “off” and try again. If the problem still can’t be solved, you can contact us via
