Product Information

The product is a ceiling light fixture that can be installed as a pendant or semi-flush mount. It includes a ceiling canopy, rods, fixture body, lock ball, shade, shade holder, mounting hardware, crossbar assembly, and wire connectors. The fixture supports bulbs with a maximum wattage of 100W and has a medium (E26) base type.

Installation Guide

1. Decide on the installation option (pendant or semi-flush) and select the appropriate rods.
2. Tighten the hex nut inside the ceiling canopy.
3. Attach the ceiling canopy to the upper rod.
4. Install the crossbar assembly.
5. Wire the fixture by connecting the white wire from the supply to the white wire from the fixture, the black (or red) wire from the supply to the black wire from the fixture, and the ground wires from both the supply and fixture.
6. Attach the ceiling canopy to the crossbar assembly.
7. Install the shade and bulb. Refer to fixture markings and labels for maximum wattage and recommended bulb type.

Installation Option 1: Pendant

1. Install the selected rods.
2. Follow steps 2-7 from above.

Installation Option 2: Semi-Flush

1. Remove the swivel, (2) 6L rods, and (2) 12L rods.
2. Follow steps 2-7 from above.

Note: Restore electricity after installation is complete and save the instruction sheet for future reference.

• RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – Before beginning installation, turn off electricity at the circuit breaker box or the main fuse box.
• RISK OF FIRE – Use bulbs specified by the markings and/or labels on the fixture.

CAUTION

• For your safety, read the instructions completely before beginning installation.
• If in doubt about electrical installation, consult a licensed electrician.
• Turn off electricity to fixture before replacing the bulb(s).

TOOLS REQUIRED

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Wipe clean using soft, dry cloth or static duster. Always avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasives to clean fixture as they may damage the finish.

OPTION 1: PENDANT PIN1512WS

Install Rods

Tighten hex nut inside of the ceiling canopy

Install Ceiling Canopy to Upper Rod

Install Crossbar Assembly

Wiring

Install Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar Assembly

Install Shades and Bulbs

OPTION 2: SEMI-FLUSH PIN1712WS

• Set aside the swivel, (2) 6″L Rods and (2) 12″L Rods since they are not required for the semi-flush installation.

Remove Swivel

Install Ceiling Canopy WiringInstall Crossbar Assembly

Wiring

Install Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar Assembly

Install Shades and Bulb

Your installation is now complete! Restore electricity and save this sheet for future reference.
