Safety Instructions
Please read the following instructions before attempting to assemble, operate,
or install this product. Save these instructions for future reference.
WARNING: Use only with flat panel TVs and audio/video equipment meeting
recommended size and weight limits. Never use it with any larger/heavier than
recommended flat panel TVs or equipment. To avoid instability, place flat
panel TV in the centre of the unit; the base of the television must be able to
rest on the supporting surface of the unit without hanging over the edge.
Improperly positioned flat panel TVs, or other equipment that exceed
recommended size and weight limits could fall off or break the unit, causing
possible serious injury.
Pre-Assembly
Before assembly, remove all parts from the package and compare with the below
parts list. If any part appears missing or damaged, do not assemble this
product and contact our customer service team at
support@turbro.com.

Assembly
INSTALLATION WARNINGS
- The TV stand is heavy and should be assembled near its desired location.
- It is recommended that two people move the fully-assembled TV stand to prevent injury.
- Make sure that the unit is installed so that any power cords are not compressed against or caught on the TV stand and that it has an unobstructed path to a grounded power outlet.
BEFORE INSTALLATION
Open the unit and check carefully for visible damage. If you have any problems
with installation, operation, missing parts, or other damage, please contact
the TURBRO customer service team. Do not dispose of packaging until you are
satisfied with your fireplace. Contact the TURBRO customer service team
(support@turbro.com) before returning the unit.
Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and parts listed.
Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty box to avoid any scratches.
Note: This TV stand uses cam bolts for assembly. During installation, do
not fully tighten cam bolts until you finish assembly. This will help make
assembly much easier.
STEP 1
Insert wooden dowels (B) and cam bolts (A) into the designated holes on the
bottom front bar (22) and the bottom back bar ( 2 3 ) . STEP 2
Insert wooden dowels (B) and cam bolts (A) into the designated holes on the
bottom left bar ( 2 4 ) and the bottom right bar (25).
STEP 3
Attach the bottom left bar ( 2 4 ) and the bottom right bar (25) to the bottom
back bar (23).
STEP 4
Attach the bottom middle stripes (26)to the bottom back bar (23).
STEP 5
Attach the bottom front bar (22) to the bottom left bar (24), the bottom right
bar (25) and the bottom middle stripes (26).
STEP 6
Attach the base panel (13) to the bottom bars (22-26).
STEP 7
Flip the assembled base panel (13). Insert the bolts (AA) into the designated
holes on the bottom of the assembled based panel (13).
STEP 8
Insert wooden dowels (B) and cam bolts (A) into the designated holes on the
base panel(13).
STEP 9
Attach cabinet magnetic catch (E) to the inner panels (9, 10).
STEP 10
Attach vertical stretchers ( 7 & 8) t o inner panels (9 & 10).
STEP 11
Attach center crossbars (5) t o fixed shelf (4) and removable panel ( 2 0 ).
STEP 12
Connect now-assembled fixed shelf (4) to inner panels (9 & 1 0).
STEP 13
Attach the now-assembled inner panels and shelf to the base panel
(13). STEP 14
Prepare outer panels (11 & 12) for assembly. STEP 15
Attach the outer panels (11 & 12) to the base panel (13).
STEP 16
- Attach the sliding door track (6) to the top crossbar (2).
- The spacers (G) should go between the sliding door track (6) and top crossbar (2) and attached with 4 (F) screws.
STEP 17
Attach top crossbar (2) to inner panels (9 & 10) and outer panels (11 & 12).
STEP 18
Attach cam bolts (A) and dowels (B) to top panel (1). STEP 19
Attach the top panel (1) to the rest of the assembled parts using cam locks
(C). STEP 20
- Attach pivot hinges ( J & K) to swinging doors (18 & 19).
- Pivot Hinge J goes with door 19, pivot hinge K goes with door 18.
- Attach long Washers(L) by screws(Z) to swinging doors (18 & 19) as below.
STEP 21
- Attach the top of the swinging doors (18 & 19) to both sides of the assembled TV stand.
- Put the washers (V) and the pivot hinges (J& K) to the bottom of the assembled TV stand and push the swinging doors (18 &19)to connect with the pivot hinges( J&K).
STEP 22
Screwing the pivot hinges ( J & K) on the bottom of the swinging doors (18 &
19). STEP 23
- Assemble the right sliding door (16 ) by attaching the sliding assembly (N/P) to both sides of the door.
- Attach the handle (I) to the front of the door by screwing in from the back.
- Attach the protective sticker (W) to the top left of and bottom left of the sliding door
STEP 24
- Assemble the left sliding door ( 1 7 ) by attaching the sliding assembly (N/P) to both sides of the door.
- Attach the handle (I) to the front of the door by screwing in from the back.
STEP 25
Attach sliding door (16).
STEP 26
Attach the sliding door (17). STEP 27
Insert shelf support brackets (Q) from rear, adjusting for the shelf height
you desire.
These can be removed and readjusted later if needed. Put the stickers (R) to
cover and hide the srews.
STEP 28
Insert the removable shelves (3) & removable panel (20) onto the shelf support
brackets (Q).
STEP 29
Attach the rear panels (14) to the TV stand.
STEP 30
Attach the rear panels (15 & 21) to the TV stand.
STEP 31
Attach the bolts (R) to the rear panels of the TV stand.
STEP 32
Attach the anti-tilt nylon strips to the back of the TV stand.
STEP 33
Attach anchors to the wall to prevent the TV stand from falling over.
STEP 34 (Optional)
Attach the protective wooden strip (AB) to the top panel (1).
Care and Maintenance
It is best to keep your furniture in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme temperature and humidity changes can cause fading, warping, shrinking and splitting of wood. It is advised to keep furniture away from direct sunlight as sun may damage the finish. Proper care and cleaning at home will extend the life of your purchase. Following these important and helpful tips will enhance your furniture as it ages.
- Use a soit, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.
- Use of furniture polishes is not necessary. Should you choose to use polishes, test first in an inconspicuous area.
- Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage the finish.
- Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
- Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots.
- Liquid spills should be removed immediately. Using a soft clean cloth, blot the spill gently. Avoid rubbing.
- Always use protective pads under hot dishes and plates. Heat can cause chemical changes that may create spotting within the furniture finish.
- Stains or marks from crayons or ink markers will be difficult to remove.
- Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them i f necessary.
Warranty Information
TURBRO provides a1-year limited warranty for TURBRO TV Stand, from the date of
purchase, subject to the following conditions and limitations outlined below.
WHAT IS COVERED?
- This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) proved to be defective in material or workmanship, after said defect is confirmed by the manufacturer’s inspection.
- The manufacturer may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respect to this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s).
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
- Damage caused by the owner when attempting to fix or alter the product themselves.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repair.
- Natural depreciation.
- Any alteration misuse of the product will nullify this warranty.
- This warranty is non-transferrable, which is effective for the original buyer from the authorized seller only.
