System Overview

Designed for a wide range of applications, Phenyx Pro PTG-12 Wireless Guitar System delivers superior sound quality and reliable performance.
The utmost portability of this system, along with the 20 selectable frequency channels and automatic transmitter pair-up, makes it an ideal choice for professional setup in occasions like live show, small gigs, weddings, DJs, studio recording etc. This unit delivers high-quality audio with no latency and minimal distortion. You can use up to 5 sets of transmitters and receivers with multiple instruments in the same setting.
Working distance is up to 165ft in wide open space. For longer distances,please avoid metal blocks, multiple walls, and other electronic devices.

Receiver

  1. POWER LIGHT
    Power light will turn off when receiver is out of battery.

  2. RF LIGHT
    RF light will turn green when the transmitter pairs up successfully with the receiver.

  3. POWER RECHARGE
    Recharge the receiver with cable included.

  4. ON/OFF SWITCH
    Slide right to turn on the receiver.

  5. SET BUTTON
    Press to confirm volume setting.

  6. VOL+BUTTON
    Press this button to increase volume.

  7. VOL-BUTTON
    Press this button to decrease volume.

Transmitter

  1. POWER LIGHT
    Power light will turn off when receiver is out of battery.

  2. FREQ INDICATOR
    FREQ light will flash when selecting channels,and turn off when channel is confirmed.

  3. POWER RECHARGE
    Recharge the transimitter with cable included

  4. ON/OFF SWITCH
    Slide up to turn on the transmitter.

  5. SET BUTTON
    Press this button to confirm the channel.

  6. FREQ+ BUTTON
    Press this button to select the next frequency group.

  7. FREQ- BUTTON
    Press this button to select the previous frequency group.

Operating Instructions

Set-Up

  1. Charge the transmitter and receiver, and make sure they are full of battery.

  2. Turn on the receiver and connect it into your next stage in your system.
    Usually, the next stage equipment will be consumer-level receivers amplifiers, mixers, etc.

  3. Turn on the transimitter. Press either FREQ+ or FREQ- button on the transimitter to begin the frequency channel pairing process. When the FREQ light is flashing, press the FREQ+ button or FREQ- button to select the frequency channel that you want. Then press the SET button again to confirm and wait several seconds for the pairing to finish.
    Once the pair-up is completed, the RF Ilight on the receiver will show green

Operation

  1. For better result, keep the transmitters at least 2 away from the receiver but within the transmitter’s range (-165ft). Keep the transmitters in a direct line of sight of the receiver whenever possible.
  2. You can use multiple receivers at the same time, and set all the transmitters to different channels. Theoretically, up to 10 receivers (20 channels) can be used at the same time. Phenyx Pro recommends no more than 5 receivers (20 channels) to be used together.
  3. Electronics devices such as mobile phones, radios, and other transmitting devices may interfere with the wireless system transmitters.
    Please keep transmitter and receiver away from those devices and other possible interfering sources.

Phenyx Technology (“Phenyx”) warrants Phenyx products against evident defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase for use. This warranty is valid exclusively in the US and applies only to the original owner. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, Phenyx will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion using new or refurbished components. Product failures not covered by this warranty:
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover electrical or mechanical damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, lack of reasonable care, extreme heat, cold, damage due to natural forces, or corrosive environments. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear on covers, housing, connectors, and accessories.

Limits of liability:
If your Phenyx product fails or does not perform as warranted, your sole recourse shall be to replace or repair it as described above. Phenyx will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages that result from the failure of this product. These damages include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profi ts, lost savings,lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this product. IN NO EVENT PHENYX SHALL BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, NOT TO EXCEED THE CURRENT LIST PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
