Product Information
Silicone Breast Pump
The Silicone Breast Pump is a manual breast pump designed for collecting
breast milk during let-downs. This product is not intended to replace an
electric breast pump but can be used as a backup to maintain milk supply when
away from the baby.
The product comes with a neck strap that prevents spills while in use. The Silicone Breast Pump is made of silicone, making it safe for use with food and microwave and dishwasher safe. Please note that human milk should never be microwaved as it alters the composition of the milk and may create hot spots that could burn the infant.
Instructions for Use
- Before feeding or pumping, attach the neck strap to the Silicone Breast Pump and place around your neck to prevent spills during use.
- Squeeze the center of the Silicone Breast Pump and place over your breast to form an airtight seal. Breast milk will be collected once your let-down begins.
- Once your Silicone Breast Pump is full or you have stopped feeding, release by gently squeezing the flange area while securelyholding the base.

purpose of feeding breastmilk to a baby. The Silicone Breast Pump is intended
for a single user.

The Lansinoh® Silicone Breast Pump is designed to catch extra breast milk
produced by a mother’s opposite breast while breastfeeding. Secure,

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

- Pour your collected breastmilk into a Lansinoh® Breastmilk Storage Bag or Breastmilk Storage Bottle. Place cap over the top of your Silicone Breast Pump to prevent contamination.
TIPS
Because of the natural way that your body releases breastmilk, the amount of
fat in the milk available to baby gradually changes as a feed progresses. We
suggest that you mix breastmilk collected with your Lansinoh® Silicone Breast
Pump with expressed breastmilk to ensure the maximum nutritional benefits when
feeding your little one. If you are struggling to get your milk flow going,

Cleaning and Care
Before first use, place your Silicone Breast Pump in boiling water for 5
minutes, allow it to cool, thoroughly rinse, and air dry. The product can also
be cleaned in a sterilizer bag or a special sterilizing machine. Remove the
neck strap before cleaning, and do not clean with solvents or harsh chemicals.
Avoid contact with sharp objects.
Follow these guidelines unless specifically advised otherwise by your
healthcare provider. Before first use, place your Silicone Breast Pump in
boiling water for 5 minutes, allow to cool, thoroughly rinse and air dry.
- Always wash all components of the product immediately after each use.
- Can be washed in hot soapy water and rinsed in clean water.
- Dishwasher safe on top rack only.
- Safe to clean in a microwave-safe, steam sterilizer bag and special sterilizing machine.
NOTE: DO NOT MICROWAVE HUMAN MILK!
Microwaving alters the composition of the milk. Microwaving also may create
“hot spots” in the milk that could burn the infant. Remove neck strap prior to
cleaning. Do not clean with solvents or harsh chemicals. Avoid contact with
sharp objects.
Warnings
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY. The Silicone Breast Pump neck strap is solely
designed and intended for wear by adults. Do not place the neck strap around
the baby’s neck. Babies and children should never be left unattended with the
Silicone Breast Pump neck strap. Do not let the baby chew on the clasp. Adult
supervision is always required, and the product should be discarded if
damaged.
