WILDFIRE Stainless Steel Gas Grill and Griddle

Product Information

The Stainless Steel Gas Grill & Griddle is designed for outdoor use only and is available for both liquid propane and natural gas models. The package includes a grill or griddle unit, cooking grates, flame tamers, heat zone dividers, and a manual.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Cut the straps on the box and remove all sides to access the unit.
  2. Leave the temporary protective film on the grill cover until installation is complete. Remove before cooking.
  3. Cut the zip ties to remove components and carefully place them aside.
  4. Locate the plug-in on the grill and insert it into a cart or built-in area carefully.
  5. Place the flame tammers on the lower pins inside the grill. For each flame tammer, there are 2 pins on the back wall and 2 on the front inside of the grill.
  6. Align all flame tammers evenly and locate the area to insert heat zone dividers. Place them between flame tammers & burners on the upper pins inside the grill.
  7. Place the laser-cut cooking grates on the interior shelf.
  8. Place additional cooking grates evenly next to the installed grate.
  9. Remove all temporary film on top and grill sides.
  10. Install complete, hook up gas, and be ready to enjoy your cooking experience.

Steps to unbox

  1. Cut straps on the box.
  2. Remove top of the box.
  3. Remove side of box.
  4. Remove all sides.
  5. Continue removing all sides.
  6. Continue removing all sides.
  7. Unit ready to have packing removed.
  8. Carefully cut packing around unit.
  9. Continue cutting packing around unit.
  10. Continue cutting packing around unit
  11. Your grill will have a temporary protective film on it. LEAVE on cover until install is complete. REMOVE before cooking.
  12. Open grill to remove components and manual,

Set Up You New Gas Grill Or Griddle

  1. Cut zip ties to remove components.
  2. Remove components.
  3. Remove cooking grates.
  4. Remove cooking flame tammers
  5. KEEP burners in place inside the grill.
  6. Locate plug-in in grill.
  7. Locate plug-in in grill.
  8. Insert your grill in cart or built-in area. Insert carefully and make sure no edges bend.
  9. Once grill is installed securely, begin to place componets in the grill.
  10. Flame tammers rest on the lowerpins inside the grill. For each flame tammer, there are 2 pins on the back wall and 2 on the front inside of the grill.
  11. Carefully set flame tammers on resting pins.
  12. Align all flames tammer evenly.
  13. Align all flames tammer evenly.
  14. Locate area to insert heat dividers.
  15. Heat zone divders rest on the upper pins on inside of grill.
  16. Heat zone divders placed between flame tammers & burners.
  17. Place your laser cut cooking grates on the interior shelf.
  18. Once place side securly to the side in correct place.
  19. Place additional cooking grates evenly in place next to installed grate.
  20. Carefully set flame tammers on resting pins.
  21. REMOVE ALL temporary film on top and grill sides.
  22. Install complete, just hook up the gas, and be ready to enjoy your cooking experience.
