Important notes
Please take care that the code do not fall into the wrong hands. Therefore, store it at a safe location so that it can only be accessed by authorised persons. In case you loose a code, the lock must be converted to a new code.
- Beside the electronic lock, this safe has an integrated mechanical emergency lock mechanism.
- The factory code must be set as soon as the safe is commissioned.
- Simple codes that are easy to guess (e. g. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) must not be used.
- Personal data (e. g. birthday) or other data that may be concluded with knowledge of the safe owner must not be used as code.
- The emergency key must be stored in a secure and secret location.
Attention: Any changes of the administrator code and of the user codes shall be made with the safe door opened! When the locking system has been reset to another code, this new code should be repeatedly used with the safe door opened.
Generally
When an action has been successfully performed, the green LED under the “Opening readiness” icon goes on when it is completed, the activation of the red LED under the “Refused entry / Blocking time / Battery” icon indicates that the action has failed. In such case the original settings are retained. A flashing yellow LED indicates entry using a button.
