LED Color Status Description

Red                            Steady on

  • The power supply is not connected.

  • ZXHN E3330 is being started.
  • ZXHN E3330 is abnormal.

Flashing| Options:

  • Uplink connection failed.
  • Configuration synchronization failed in extender mode.

Green| Steady on The uplink connection is normal.
Flashing The WPS negotiation connection is being implemented.
Blue| Steady on In extender mode, the wireless uplink signal is strong and the configuration is synchronized successfully.
Flashing| In extender mode, the wireless uplink signal is weak.
Green+ Red+ Blue| Flashing| ZXHN E3330 is upgrading software.

Usage Cautions

  • Read all the safety cautions carefully before using the device.
  • Only use the accessories included in the package, such as power supply adapter
  • Do not extend the power cord, otherwise the device will not work.
  • The power supply voltage must meet the requirements of the device input voltage (The voltage fluctuation range is less than 10%).
  • Keep the power plug clean and dry to prevent any risk of electric shock or other dangers.
  • Disconnect all the cables during a lightning storm to prevent the device from damage.
  • Power off and unplug the power plug when the device is not in use for a long time.
  • Do not attempt to open the covers of the device. It is dangerous to do so when the device is powered on.
  • Power off and stop using the device under the conditions such as, abnormal sound, smoke, and strange smell. Contact the service provider for mainte- nance if the device is faulty.

The users should read the usage cautions above carefully and will be responsible for any incident resulting from the violation of the above cautions.

Environment Requirements

  • Ensure proper ventilation to the device. Place the device away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep the device ventilated and dry. Never spill any liquid on the device.
  • Do not place any object on the device to prevent any deformation or damage to the device.
  • Do not place the device near any source of heat or water.
  • Keep the device away from any household appliances with strong magnetic or electric fields, such as microwave oven and refrigerator.

Cleaning Requirements

  • Before cleaning, power off the device, and unplug all the cables connected to the device, such as power cable, optical fiber, and Ethernet table.
  • Do not use any liquid or spray to clean the device. Use a soft dry cloth.

Environment Protection

  • Do not dispose the device or battery improperly. Observe the local regulations about the equipment disposal or treatment. This product is targeted to provide 24 hours continuous triple-play services

RF Exposure Information
The Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) level is calculated based on a distance of d=20 cm between the device and the human body. To maintain compliance with the RF exposure requirement, a separation distance of 20 cm between the device and the human should be maintained. Troubleshooting

The Power indicator on the front panel is off after the power button is pressed.

  • Power switch does not turn on.
  • The power adapter is not correctly connected to the device. Be sure to use the power adapter supplied with the device.

The green LAN indicator on the front panel is off after the device is powered on.

  • The corresponding LAN link is not established.
  • The Ethernet cable is not correctly connected to the LAN interface.
  • The network device connected to the LAN interface is not powered on.

The WAN indicator on the front panel is off after the device is powered on.

  • The WAN link is not established.
  • The Ethernet cable is not correctly connected to the WAN interface.
  • Please contact the service provider for help.

Unable to connect to the network.

  • Check that the Ethernet cable is correctly connected to the WAN interface and the Ethernet cable is correctly connected to the LAN interface.
  • Check that the WAN indicator on the front panel is on and the Internet ind- icator on the front panel is solid green or flashing green.

Restore the factory default settings.

  • After the power is on, use a needle to press the button for over 5 seconds to restore the default factory settings.

Install the Device

  • If an Internet access device (modem or optical fiber modem) is available, connect the network cable the LAN port of the modem.
  •  If no Internet access device is available, connect the network cable to the broadband network port on the wall. :

Sign in

  1. Download and install ZLife. For iOS, download ZLife on App Store. For Android, download it on Google Play.

  2. Tap Register new account.

  3. Enter your email address. Tap By registering, you agree to abide by the ZLife “Software License Agreement” and “User Privacy Policy. Tap Send email.

  4. In the registered mailbox, find the ZLife activation email. Tap the activationlink. Log in with the account and password in the email.
    To change your password, go to About> Security> Settings. To cancel an account, go to About> Privacy> Cancel account.

Add the Router

  1. Tap Add device.

  2. Tap MESH AP

  3. Connect the WAN port of the controller to the broadband port. Tap Next.

  4. Scan the QR code at the bottom of the controller. If no QR code is present, enter your wireless account and password.
    If the operating system of your mobile phone is Android, you must connect to Wi-Fi manually after scanning the QR code. If you do not want to enter the password manually, tap copy the password. This operation arises from Android rather than ZLife because of Android security requirements.

  5. After the controller is added successfully, the Configure network Screen is displayed. Tap immediately. After the controller is added successfully, the indicator is green and steady, and you can manage it remotely. Tap Bind One Mesh network is bound to one account only.

Add the Satellite Routers (If needed)

  1. Power on the satellite router.
    The Satellite Routers can be only controller is completely started (the LED indicator of the is installed after the equipment green).

  2. After the controller is added, the Add satellite screen is displayed. To add a satellite router, tap Next. During configuration, the indicator of the satellite router is flashing red.

  3. Tap MESH AP

  4. Tap Next.

If the operating system of your mobile phone is Android, you must connect to Wi-Fi manually after scanning the QR code. If you do not want to enter the password manually, tap copy the password. This operation arises from Android rather than ZLife because of Android security requirements.

  5. After the satellite router is successfully, the indicator of the satellite added router is blue and steady. Tap Topo at the bottom of the home screen of ZLife to check the connection.
    To add more satellite routers, tap + in the upper right corner of the home screen of ZLife. Tap Add satellite.
