Control Panel Button Function
Display\hidden button menu: press the button in the pop-up menu, as shown
below. The button menu will be closed automatically after the button is not
operated for 5 seconds.
Button function selection: press the button shortly, move the focus to the
right, and select the corresponding function, such as the short press on the
button for 6 times the focus position as shown in the below picture. Press the
button for a short time, and the focus is back to the position shown in the
above picture.
Key function operation: lonely press key can perform focus function, such as
focus in the position shown above, will perform channel reduction.

Remote control

Enter the Home page after First Time install.
Search
You can search for channels, programmes, movie
titles and apps from Smart Hub.
Home Dashboard
You can select or control a device (mobile, external device, Home IoT Devices,
etc.) connected to the TV.
For more information, see Connecting External Devices Using Home Dashboard in
User Guide.
TV
Move to the TV input you used recently.
Recents
Move to the recently used app.You can run or close a recently used app in the
list provided in the Preview area at the top.
Using Home Dashboard
You can select or control a device (mobile, external device, Home loT Devices,
etc.) connected to the TV.

You can check and select the smart device connected with the LG ThinQ app. Please refer t o Connecting External Devices — Connecting Smart Devices in

You can play sound from a smart device connected via Bluetooth.

You can check and select the external device connected through the external input port o r network.

The currently selected output speaker is displayed, and you can navigate to the output speaker settings screen.

If you turn this feature On, you can view the content i n the aspect ratio
that is in the broadcast signal or content source. If the edge of the screen
is not clean, please turn it Off
Energy Saving
Reduces power consumption by adjusting screen brightness.

Eye Comfort Mode
The colour temperature will be adjusted to reduce eye fatigue.

You can set the audio format for each HDMI input. When the voice delivered
through the HDMI port is not synchronized, set it to PCM.
LG Sound Sync
Press ▼/▲button on to select LG Sound Sync. Connect the LG Sound Sync device
to the optical digital input port and set Sound Out to Optical. By setting
this feature to On. you can adjust the volume of the connected LG Sound Sync
device using a TV remote control.

Shows the MUX and Service information etc. Press▼/▲ button to select Signal
Test. Note: It is only available in Antenna or Cable mode.
Programme Manager
Highlight the item and press OK button to enter the sub-menu. Press ▼/▲ button
to select Programme Manager. You can lock or unlock the selected programmes
from all the stored programmes, or you can set them to be skipped when
switching programmes.
Edit All Programmes
- Set the sorting option.
- Lock / Unlock : Lock the selected programmes or unlock the locked programmes.
Skip / Restore : Set the selected programmes to be skipped when switching programmes. or disable the skipping option of the programmes previously set to be skipped. Move : Move the selected programmes.
Edit Programme Numbers : Change the numbers of the selected programmes. Delete : Delete the selected programmes.
Edit Favourites
- Select the desired programmes from the all programmes list and press the button to add them to the favourite programmes list.
- Delete the selected programmes from the favourite programmes list
- Move : Select one or more programmes in the Preferred Programmes list, press the Move button, and then select the position to move it to. The selected programmes will move to the position you selected.
Change Group Name : Change the name of the favourite programmes list.
Sort by Programme : Sorts the list of favourite programmes by programme.

LG Wireless Keyboard
Press ▼/▲ button to select LG Wireless Keyboard.Press OK button to enter sub-
menu.
This feature enables you t o connect a LG wireless keyboard to your TV.
Turn on the device, set it to pairing mode, and then click Connect on your TV
screen. If there is a LG wireless keyboard previously connected, it will be
automatically reconnected to your
TV once your TV turns on. To disconnect the existing connection, click
Disconnect.
Universal Control Settings
Press ▼/▲ button to select Universal Control Settings . Press OK button to
enter sub-menu.
If you set up the universal remote control, you can control peripheral devices
connected to the TV with the Magic Remote instead of their own remote controls
.
Mobile Connection Management
You can set to use a smart device connected to the TV to control the TV o r
manage the connection history.

TV On With Mobile
Press ▼/▲button to select TV On With Mobile.Press OK button to enter sub-menu.
If Turn on via WI-FI or Turn on via Bluetooth is set to On, you can turn on
your TV using an application that supports TV On With Mobile.
Screen Share Press ▼/▲ button to select Screen Share.Press OK button to setup.
You can delete the connection history of the device that was connected to the
TV through Screen Share.
Sound Share
Press ▼/▲ button to select Sound Share.Press OK button to setup.
You can delete the connection history of the smart device that was connected
to the TV via Bluetooth.

you reset them, it takes some time to receive recommendations for contents
again.

You can choose the menu language displayed on the screen and the audio
language of the digital broadcast.

If you configure settings for the network, you can use various services such
as online contents and applications.

notice for services provided via TV.
Open Source Software Notice
Press ▼/▲button to select Legal Notice. Press OK button to select. You can
view the instructions for each hem.
Reset to Initial Settings
Press ▼/▲ button to select Reset to Initial Settings.Press OK button to enter
sub-menu. Return TV to its initial settings. This wil revert all settings to
their default values.
After reset, the TV will automatically turn off and on.
Note: If Safety is set to On, you should type the password to Reset to
Initial Settings.
Media
Connect a USB storage device (USB HDD, USB stick) to the USB port on the TV to
enjoy the content files stored on the USB storage device on your TV.
Viewing Photos and Video
You can view photos and videos using the Photo & Video app.
- Select your desired type of content and viewing method.
- Select and delete the desired content.
- Select the content you want to play. You can only select the same type of content as you first selected.
- You can copy content to a USB storage device.
- Launch Search.
Using Photo Player
Selecting a photo in the Photo & Video app runs the photo player. You can view
your saved photos.
- Retums to the entire content list.
- You can play background music by running the music player.
- You can zoom in/out of the photos.
- Starts the slide show.
- Rotates photos.
- 360-degree photos can be viewed in 360 degrees.
- You can set the size of a photo or change the speed and effect of a slide show.

Using Music Player
You can play music conveniently by selecting the music files saved in the
Music app or by selecting the music player icon during content playback in
apps such as Photo & Video.

- You can minimize the music player.
- This feature closes the music player.
- Lyrics are available for music files that provide them.

Help
No power| •Check if the AC cord of TV is plugged in or not. If there’s still
no power, please disconnect the plug, and reconnect to the socket after 60
seconds. Turn the power back on.

Signal not received properly| •Double or phantom images may appear on your TV
if there are high buildings or mountains close to where you are. You can
adjust the image thru manual operation: consult instruction of vernier
regulation, or adjust the direction of the external antenna.
•If you use an indoor antenna, signal reception may be more difficult under
certain circumstances. Adjust the direction of the antenna for optimum
reception. If this does not improve reception, you may have to switch to an
external antenna.
No picture| •Check if the antenna at the back of the TV is connected properly.
•View other channels to see if the problem still occurs.
Video appears with no audio| •Try increasing the volume.
•Check if the N’s sound is on mute or not.
Audio is present,
but video does not appear or is discolored| •Try adjusting the contrast and
brightness.
Static noise affects video and audio quality| •Check if the antenna at the
back of the N is connectedproperly.
Broken lines on screen| •Electrical appliances such as hair dryers or vacuums
etc. may be interfering with your N set. Switch these appliances off.
Remote doesn’t work| •Make sure the plastic bag which came with the remote
control is removed. Try using the remote in a shorter distance from the N.
Check if the placement of the batteries is correct, or try using new batteries
with the remote control.
•The TV will go into Standby mode if it receives no response in a few minutes.
No video (PC mode)| •Please check if the cable is connected to the VGA port
correctly, or if the cable is bent in some places.
Vertical line blinking (PC Mode)| •Enter the main menu, and adjust the
vertical placement to eliminate the vertical line.
Horizontal tearing (PC Mode)| •Adjust the horizontal placement of the screen
to clear any horizontal lines.
Screen is too bright or dark (PC Mode)| •Adjust the brightness or contrast in
the main menu.
No response from the PC| •Check if the PC’s display resolution is set to a
compatible resolution for the TV.
Lines appearing when a device
is connected to the RCA port| •Make sure you are using a cable in good
quality.
Problems are unresolved| •Unplug the power cable and wait for 30 seconds, then
reconnect to the socket. If problems still persist, do not attempt to repair
the N by yourself. Kindly contact the service center.
Do not leave your TV displaying a static image, whether it is from a paused video, menu screen, etc. for an extended period of time, doing so will damage the display and may cause image burn-in.
WARNING
Never place a television set in an unstable location. A television set may
fall, causing serious personal injury or death. Many injuries, particularly to
children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions such as:
- Using cabinets or stands recommended by the manufacturer of the television set.
- Only using furniture that can safely support the television set.
- Ensuring the television set is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
- Not placing the television set on tall furniture (for example, cupboards or bookcases).without anchoring both the furniture and the television set to a suitable support.
- Not placing the television set on cloth or other materials that may be located between the television set and supporting furniture,
- Educating children about the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the television set or its controls.
If your existing television set is being retained and relocated, the same
considerations as above should be applied.
