Setting Up

We recommend charging your mouse fully before using it for the first time in wireless mode. To do this, plug the USB A side of the cable into your computer, and plug in the other end into the USB C port on the front end of the mouse, keeping the side with the hex symbol facing up. The mouse can be used normally in wired mode. If using a USB C cable other than the provided Ascended Cable, we recommend to use it only for charging as gaming with another cable may cause the port on the mouse to be damaged because of insufficient support. Total charge time is approximately 3.5 hours

Battery

When using the mouse in wireless mode, you can check the battery life by pressing and holding the DPI button for 3 seconds. The battery life indicator LED below the DPI button will repeatedly blink in the color corresponding to the battery level as specified below:0% – 25%: red26% – 60%: orange 61% – 90%: yellow91% – 100%: greenWhen the battery level falls below 7%, the LED indicator will repeatedly blink red three times. This continues until the mouse is plugged in for charging or it is completely drained of power.

Reset

You can reset the mouse to factory settings by holding down the left and right mouse buttons along with the scroll click for 5 seconds. Note: This action will erase all profile information on the mouse and reset all settings to factory default.
