Pioneer 500 Roof Installation Instructions
- Qty. / Desc./ Tools needed.
- 5 1.625” P clamps 7/16” Socket
- 5 1/4″-28×1” Bolts Ratchet
- 5 ¼” USS Washers 7/16” Wrench
- 5 ¼”-28 NY lock nuts Optional: ¼” drill bit and drill

Remove Roof from packaging and set on unit.

Remove P Clamps from package and install around the roll bar where mounting holes are located.

Install ¼-28×1” with ¼” Uses washer on top side of Roof. Push through P Clamp and Installment. ( loosely install all P Clamps and position before tightening done all the mounting Bolts

We have provided a 5th P Clamp for in the front center of the roll bar to prevent warping. Install around the roll bar and position the clamp in the center of Roof. Mark hole anddrill ¼” hole. Install bolt, washer, and nut same as Step 3.
