Before installation, check the type of GPU of VGA card; According to each type of GPU, find the relative hole position as following figure. Pay attention to the arrow direction on clips before using M3 screws to fasten Clip A B to heat-sink base.
If the hole position is 64×64mm, insert plastic mylar between hexagonal screws and clips.
Peel off the film from Thermal pad. Paste Chip heat-sink A & C on chips by Thermal twin adhesive A & C. Before Installing VRM heat-sink on VRM by thermal pad and spring screw, peel off the film from Thermal pad.
Apply thermal grease evenly to GPU. Peeloff the protective film from base
ofHeat-sink.
Before installation, check the hole position of VGA card. Aim the holes of
back plate to the holes of VGA card, then let spring screwsthrough back plate
and VGA card.
(Option: Step of fan installation)
Fasten fans and fan clips on heat-sink.
Installation done.
