Clip the Jabra Tour to the sun visor in your vehicle.

Charging the Jabra tour

In-car charging

Connect the USB cable with car charger attachment to the Jabra Tour and the car lighter socket in your vehicle.

PC charging

Connect the Jabra Tour to any available USB slot on your PC, using the USB cable.

Getting Started

Turning On The Jabra Tour

Slide the on/off button to turn the Jabra Tour on or off.

The Jabra Tour will automatically turn on/off when you enter or exit your vehicle.

First Time Pairing

The first time the Jabra Tour is turned on, voice guidance* will guide you through pairing with your mobile phone.

  1. Turn on the Jabra Tour.
  2. Follow the voice-guided instructions* to pair the Jabra Tour with your mobile phone. Bluetooth will need to be activated on the mobile phone. If asked for a passkey or PIN during pairing, enter 0000.
    NOTE: After the Jabra Tour and a mobile phone have been paired they will automatically connect whenever the Jabra Tour is switched on and the mobile phone has bluetooth activated and is within range.

Pairing With Another Mobile Phone

  1. Turn on the Jabra Tour.
  2. Press the Answer/end button until you hear ‘Welcome’ , or press the Voice command button until you hear ‘Say a command’ and then say ‘Pair new device’ .
  3. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone and select Jabra Tour. Confirm the pincode 0000.

Using With Your Mobile Phone

Using With Two Mobile Phones

The Jabra Tour can accept and handle calls from two mobile phones simultaneously.

Play Music or GPS

You can play music or hear GPS through the Jabra Tour. Music or GPS played on your connected mobile phone will automatically transfer to the Jabra Tour.**

Caller Id

When there is an incoming call the Jabra Tour will access the phone book from your mobile phone, and announce the name of the caller. If the name is not stored in your phone book, and the mobile phone supports PBAP (Phone book access profile 2), the Jabra Tour will announce the phone number of the caller instead. Phone dependent.

Turn Off Voice Guidance

To turn off the Jabra Tour voice guidance follow these instructions:

  1. Turn off the Jabra Tour.
  2. Simultaneously press the Voice command button and turn on the Jabra Tour. Voice guidance will now be switched off.
    Note: To turn voice guidance back on, repeat the above steps.

Jabra Tour Voice Commands

Voice commands allow you to interact with the Jabra Tour using your voice. Press (2 secs) the Voice command button until you hear hear ‘Say a command’.*

Mobile Phone Voice Commands

To activate your mobile phone’s voice commands (e.g. Siri) tap the Voice command button on the Jabra Tour. For a full list of voice commands refer to your mobile phone’s user manual.**

How To Care For Your Jabra Tour

  • Always store the Jabra Tour with the power off and safely protected.
  • Avoid storage at extreme temperatures (above °C/113°F or below -10°C/14°F). This can shorten battery life and may affect operation. High temperatures may also degrade performance.
  • Do not expose the Jabra Tour to rain or other liquids.

Why does my Jabra Tour only play music from my phone?****

Make sure that you have paired your Jabra Tour with your mobile phone first (see “Pairing Your Phone With The Jabra Tour”). If this does not solve your problem, contact our Customer Care team.

Why does my music stop when I receive a call?****

To avoid any interruptions during a call, make sure that you have selected “Music & GPS” in the settings menu of your phone (see “Settings Menu”). If this does not solve your problem, contact our Customer Care team.

Why doesn’t my music play when I receive a call?****

How do I connect to two phones?****

You can connect to two phones at any time by pressing and holding the multi- connect button for 2 seconds until you hear a tone and see “Multi-connect” appear on the display of your Jabra Tour (see “Multi-connect Button”). To switch between both phones, press and hold this button again for 2 seconds until you hear a tone and see “Multi-connect 1/2” appear on the display of your Jabra Tour (see “Multi-connect Button”). To return to single connection mode, press and hold this button again for 2 seconds until you hear a tone and see “Single connection” appear on the display of your Jabra Tour (see “Multi- connect Button”).

How do I pair my Jabra Tour speaker?****

Press and hold the Answer/end button for 5 seconds to activate pairing mode when the light begins to flash blue. To pair, pick the Jabra Tour from the list of compatible devices in the Bluetooth menu on your smartphone. Whenever you are prompted for a pin code, enter “0000” (four zeros).

How do I reset my Jabra Tour?****

By turning the On/off switch to the “on” position, turn on your Jabra Tour. Press and hold the Volume Up and Answer/End buttons simultaneously for five seconds or until you hear a beep tone. Now that it has been reset, your Jabra Tour is ready to pair.

How do you use Jabra Tour?****

Attach the Jabra tour to your car’s sun visor with a clip. Link the Jabra Tour and the car lighter outlet in your vehicle using the USB cable with car charger connector. Using the USB cord, attach the Jabra tour to any free USB port on your computer. To activate or deactivate the Jabra tour, slide the on/off button.

How do you sync Bluetooth speakers?****

Locate and hit the speaker’s “pairing” button. It might be necessary to tap both speakers’ pairing buttons. Wait for the speaker and your phone or app to connect. Some speakers emit a tone or other sound as they connect, letting you know.
